I have a go-to Health Food store that I usually go to but I noticed this store walking through the…read moremall and thought I'd stop in to check it out. My first impression is that the store itself was small and tightly packed. They did make good use of the space, packing in many products into a small space. The service wasn't particularly friendly. They were helping another customer and glanced at me as I walked in and that was the only interaction. I found the prices to be a bit on the high side compared to what I pay at other stores. The selection was good and I found the product I was looking for but decided to wait and buy it elsewhere. Overall my impression was just so-so.

Some (definitely not all) really good dishes; HORRIBLE customer service. They don't respond to…read moree-mails, period. They also just changed their delivery window, expecting you to be available to bring in a huge box at 10pm (and then have to unpack it, as the contents cannot be left unrefrigerated/unfrozen). I also understand that they don't treat their workers very well, based on public-facing reviews by former employees. Sorry, but those three things in combination will never be outweighed some excellent and a ton of meh prepared meals.
