Not worth your time! I used this pharmacy for some years and found that consistently:…read more - Some of the staff can be rude and abrasive with no provocation whatsoever, it seems like they're just having a bad day and take it out on the nearest customer. - They make mistakes in filling (or not filling) prescriptions, like the details of the medication type in the prescription or how much you need to order at one time. - If they make a mistake and you politely and reasonably point it out and ask them to correct it, they get defensive and blame either you or the doctor's office when clearly neither are to blame. - Once they ordered several boxes of medication when the doctor faxed through a request for one box. When I explained I only needed one box, they said that it couldn't be sent back now, and that insurance was paying for it anyway so I shouldn't complain. The medication itself expired before I could use it all. I find this especially repulsive as there have been shortages for some medications during COVID and someone else might have needed it. - I've since moved to another pharmacy and haven't experienced any of these problems, while still ordering the same medications and visiting the same doctor's office. It seems like the owner likes to read through negative google reviews and pull people's records based on their name, then tell them they haven't visited recently or throw around words like 'allegations'.

Customer Warning! Last week, I purchased a prepared salad from Remark Fresh Markets. Unfortunately,…read morethe lettuce was soggy and not fresh. I have purchased many salads from your store over the years, and this is the first time I have encountered this issue. Due to a busy schedule, I was unable to return to the store until the following weekend. I brought the original container with the store label, date, and remaining contents, but I no longer had the receipt. The manager advised that a refund or exchange was not possible because I had not contacted the store immediately after discovering the issue. I explained that I found the problem during the week and did not have time to make a special trip or call regarding a salad. While I understand the need for a return policy, I believe customers should be clearly informed that prepared food concerns must be reported immediately in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. As a regular customer, I was disappointed by both the product quality and the handling of my concern. I hope management will consider making this policy more visible so customers understand the requirements if a problem arises.

Their salads are crisp and bright, and the sandwiches feel hearty in your hands, packed with flavour. Their meat, produce, and cheese selection is also great -- everything looks vibrant, fresh, and inviting. The staff are always friendly and offer genuinely great service, which makes every visit feel easy and welcoming. And the bakery... the warm, sweet smell drifting through the aisles makes it impossible to walk by without slowing down just to breathe it in. I only wish there were another location in Streetsville, Mississauga, so all those colours, aromas, and grab‑and‑go treats were just a little closer to home.

They also just changed their delivery window, expecting you to be available to bring in a huge box at 10pm (and then have to unpack it, as the contents cannot be left unrefrigerated/unfrozen). I also understand that they don't treat their workers very well, based on public-facing reviews by former employees. Sorry, but those three things in combination will never be outweighed some excellent and a ton of meh prepared meals.
