Nothing was ready to go, recipient address or anything. And a line of people with ready-to-mail packages waited for this (****). There is a sign in that office saying that they don't give out tape, items must be ready to ship. The other clerk was busy with passport applications so there was nobody helping these customers. I think a reprimand is in order. The clerk caused an unnecessary back-up catering to a self-absorbed (****).
