I cannot speak highly enough about Granny Nannies. When my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's…read moreand needed in-home assistance, I did my homework. Granny Nannies was the first company that offered everything we were looking for--and they exceeded all expectations. From the start, the administrative team--including my case manager and the owners, Melvin and Meghan--were consistently responsive, supportive, and genuinely invested in my mother's care. My mother shares her home with her 93-year-old partner, who also has dementia, and Granny Nannies understood the complexity of caring for both of them. Our primary caregiver, Marie A., was truly exceptional. With over 20 years of experience, she brought not only professionalism but deep compassion and warmth to her work every single day. Marie cared for all of their needs--providing physical and emotional support, managing doctor appointments, coordinating care, and keeping the household running smoothly. Her presence brought peace of mind to our whole family. She supported them through a wide range of challenges, including a broken hip, anxiety, depression, and the daily realities of dementia. Marie consistently went above and beyond in every way, and we are endlessly grateful for her dedication. We were also fortunate to have Anna G. assist Marie at times. Anna is sweet, warm, and caring--her gentle presence brought additional comfort and kindness to the home. She and Marie worked together beautifully to provide consistent, high-quality care. We feel incredibly lucky to have had such a remarkable team by our side during such a difficult and emotional time. I wholeheartedly recommend Granny Nannies to anyone seeking compassionate, professional, and truly outstanding care for their loved ones.

Annabel is a very caring professional. She exudes happiness and helped to cheer me up which, I think, helped me to heal. Always helping me with my needs even in the middle of the night and with a smile on her face. I also had a wonderful experience with Thaura Abdalia for several months. Thaura, also very professional and helpful and she is a gentle soul. Always willing to do whatever I asked to be helpful to me. Easy to talk to and my little dog picked up her good vibes and like to hang out by her, she'd get excited to see her when she arrived. I only saw Elizabeth Cruz for three days but I liked her immediately. Also very professional, and couldn't do enough to make sure my every need was taken care of. I would recommend any of these ladies, they would not disappoint. Granniesnannies apparently hires only the best. The company itself needs a little revamping of organizational skills and better technology to track things. This is the reason I gave only 4 stars. The caretakers would get 5 stars.

Never talked to them like that to be doing anything to scam me out of my money. But I paid for surgery services and I obviously had a couple of push backs, just 2. They were more than willing to adjust which I'll admit. But this 3rd one? Oh, I made sure just once more to have that pushed back because I got new number and phone. Shes refusing to give a refund, and also is refusing to adjust what I paid for. She says her deposits are good for a year, and that what's left over of that balance, will be refunded. How is that supposed to work if I never got services from this place and if they're refusing to adjust my post op care? This isn't about the care, this is about MY MONEY and how this place is a scam! When I got back home I bought the fajas in my city because I needed them and reached out for a refund of the $400 and i never heard from them again, stole my money. Someone had stolen food that I and another lady who was also recovering had put in the fridge, and when we brought it up they simple left it at "huh that's weird" and nothing was done about it. They know you can't smoke or be in contact with someone who smokes after surgery but the lady that makes the meals every day is a constant smoker. I stayed there 9 days and I never saw anyone clean the shared bathroom that everyone uses, not once. Some sodas exploded in the fridge and no one cleaned it, it was left a mess the entire time I stayed there. The microwave was disgusting and also never cleaned. Everyone that works there gossips and talks about each other (including other guests) to everyone. Things break and it takes them days to fix it (a toilet, a shower drain clogged, a skin, window curtain racks, all broke while I was there). They said they hand washed the fajas I used but when they gave them back to me they still had blood stains on them... Just overall very unprofessional and sketchy. Would not recommend or buy any "packages" they offer.
