I was also disappointed that the sour beers on the menu were all sold out, even though that was not stated on the large board at the front. My partner ordered an IPA and said it was the worst beer he's had in Copenhagen. There are so many great restaurants in Copenhagen that I was sad I wasted a meal here.

We then asked for an extra glass and it never came. I proceeded to drink from the water pitcher for the rest of our LONG evening. We then asked for a Moscow Mule and it never came. When we asked our waiter (the same one who took our order), we were then told they don't have Moscow mules. We asked for a menu to order a new drink and you won't believe what happened: it never came. We ordered two pizzas and only one came. When we could finally flagged down a waiter it was another 20 mins until the forgotten one came. Horrible service, even worse pizza. Furthermore, no one ever apologized for the problems or asked how we were doing or needed anything. Everyone was rude and very unhelpful. And on top of all of that it was cramped and uncomfortable throughout the entire restaurant and we could not even get through to the bathroom.
