A very attractive inviting store! And a great place for gifts too! The cashier was very nice making the service great!!

There were gnats in the store near the register and I brought it up when paying but the employee just laughed and continued to ring us up. (ugh, hindsight). I thought it was because the door was left open in the evening, near closing time. There are lat plants and greenery near the store's entrance.We bought a few things and got home and my daughter took a bite of her candy and spit it out. We realized the wrapped candy was expired. Clearly printed on the wrapper - it wasn't the only one. There's no way I will risk the bulk candy being any better so it's all going in the trash. Our family will never return. Does anyone remember SWEET FACTORY back in the day at MALLS?? Well this is Sweet Factory on steroids! This place has so much variety. From gummies to chocolate to novelties and unique packaged gift items. Charlie Bucket would be content. The problem is you just have to exhibit self control when you come here. You can easily rack up a $10 bag of candy because you start piling on all the candies. I wish there were scales for customer use so we could track the POUNDS of candy we collect so we don't spend our whole piggy bank. I appreciate that I'm still allowed to get my own candy from the bins. They make hand sanitizer available. They have gloves. They have bags to fill, or containers you can purchase and fill. I love to pick out several different licorice options. Hubby likes gummy candy, especially their new 4D line of gummies. They always have something unique in their store. Sure, there's candy bins with some of the most expensive (priced) candy in town, but where else are you going to find a huge rice crispy, ginormous gummy bear, ridiculously large chocolate bar, and all in one place? That's right, It's sugar is about the only place you will. There were literally kids in this candy store and I can first handedly tell you, the saying 'like a kid in a candy store' is true. Don't go here unless you like to be charged twice. I was charged twice when I called and asked for them to fix it. I was told no can-do unless I drive all the way back in which for me is a 30 to 45 minute drive this to me is ridiculous. You should never not be able to refund due to some system. It's ridiculous. Huge variety for a sugar fix for kids. The very shortlived empty goody bags filled up quickly with 6 youngins' prowling around with their eyes gleaming with excitement. The same gaze as I when Im faced with a smorgasbord of seafood. I didnt realize that gummies could come in so many different shapes and realistic forms of other foods. read more

It was an average visit, but I feel like these go unnoticed and places need to be recognized for doing a good job, since I'm sure if there was an opportunity for them to go above and beyond to help me out with my purchase or anything, they would. Come here if you want to buy a giant rice crispie treat for $22. REALLY? This place is more like a novelty gift shop than a candy store. This is place is hazardous to your health and at the same time, you will pay more money than just going to Walmart and gorging on their cheaper candy. I stop by here every time I'm nearby? Why? Because I'll always be a kid at heart. They habe candies that you can't find back in the 90s. Yes I am a 90's baby! I love sour candies, licorices, gummy bears, peach rings, chocolates, gum drops, candy rocks, etc. Man I remember filling up my bag full and my mom yelled at me because she spent $50 on candy when I was a child. Brings back memories every time I go in here. So 1/4 pound is $3.49. Yes it is pricey but I still go here for my candy cravings. Who doesn't want to relive their childhood while eating candies from here? Good ol 90s. Sometimes I wish we can rewind but thats impossible. All we can do is reminisce. I'm glad this place existed for me to remember some of childhood experiences. Place is always clean. I love that people that work here is always friendly. Great candy store! It's like Dylan's Candy Store but smaller and less confusing. I went in at night when they were having a deal where I only had to pay for the container and not the weight. I filled a Chinese-type container half full of candy. Delicious! I bought too much espresso beans and not enough of those yummy chocolate covered peanut butter balls! I took a star off because I found a piece of black hair when eating my chocolate covered double Oreos. My favorite were the flavored gummy bears, especially Green Mojito! I also got three flavors of jelly beans, which all tasted horrible. Each flavor got worse eating the initial jelly bean. So I recommend the chocolate covered peanut butter balls and all the gummies! read more

It's still a specialty store, so don't expect them to be cheaper than online / wholesale like Costco, but for what it's worth, I felt like my money was well spent. I picked out some sour candies in a "fill it out yourself" bag and also got a super long $1 sour candy. Both were pretty good. Not really much else to say. The store is clean, at a decent cool temperature which is crucial in a state like Arizona where the summer temps can get pretty hot, into the triple digits. I love this store. Candy weed joints, mints in a case that looks like a nintendo controller, chocolate that looks like actual rocks (would make for a great prank) and every candy you could possibly think of. The only thing missing here was candied apples but a few stores down they have a rocky mountain chocolate factory which takes care of that fix. I want to try the baileys and jack daniels chocolate. They both have alcohol in them. The Baileys was $20 and the Jack was $12. Great spot. I could see myself buying alot of stuff here in the future. read more

I LOVE this place. They have some of the best gummy bears around. I havent tried one of their oversized ones yet, but I throughly enjoy their normal sized ones. Another awesome thing about this place? They sell a bunch of candy that I grew up eating. Clark bars, Big League Chew, every flavor of Pop Rocks imaginable, Pixi Stix (make you own, and theyre HUGE....thats what she said) just to name a few. They also have a bunch of fun candy themed gifts. Hershey products (lip gloss, pillows, etc), jars of Reeses peanut butter, bacon flavored gifts, Star Wars stuff, Mustache gifts, huge Rice Krispie treats/ boxes of Nerds/ tubes of Sweettarts.... This is an incredibly happy place with the nicest staff. I'd swear I go into the story just because it's so HAPPY. Well, there are also the chocolate-covered gummi bears. The supplier of binned chocolate products must be Koppers, since these are the bears that are all one flavor, but with good chocolate coating. The other clue is the presence of chocolate-covered cookie dough. Try this, like it, and make much of it, as I want the store to expand into additional flavors in the Koppers' catalog. Otherwise, it runs generally to the children-need-princess-plushies sort of novelties and candies, more than to the cute-funk of Candy Addict or the hipster irony of Smeeks. Recognize that you're not here to save money: you're here because it's fun to assemble a sort of demented bridge mix from the bin candies, and then you can something sweet to help you cope with the rest of your shopping trip. read more

This place is a lot of fun. I am a candy freak but these people have the biggest and rarest things like reall Aussie licorice and Chunky. All sorts of pez dispensers. I collected them as a kid back in Cali. I could spend an hour in here and my kids never want to go home. The place is clean and the people are really nice. They even let you have samples. read more

Yum! I like bulk, unwrapped candy. I don't care if it seems 'unclean'. Obviously if a bunch of candy is stuck together I will change my mind, but all the candy I got here was neither sticky, or in any child's mouth (from what I observed).
