The argument didn't escalate, but they do make the customer feel horrible when they have to pay for a broken item that is a result of their disorder. A great place to get gifts for anyone on your list! I will confess, I really don't like hot sauce at all, and this place was still super fun to shop around in, simply because I found so many great gifts and souvenirs for family and friends back home. They do have samples of their sauces, and I tried the wasabi....and yep, more confirmation hot sauce is definitely NOT for me!
