They are also known for their salt water taffy. The shop is always very clean and well lit. I attended a bridal shower and brought a huge amount of salt water taffy to Michigan so all the attendees could go home with some and they all loved it! I also brought boxes of fudge which I preordered and the shop wrapped each fudge bar with colored ribbons that matched the colors for the upcoming wedding. The fudge was another huge hit with all the women attending the bridal shower. My favs are milk chocolate covered orange peels and milk chocolate cashew turtles. They are both delicious and are very crave worthy. The shop is usually uncrowded unlike candy stores at the mall. Every box has waxed paper folded neatly around the chocolates within which makes a lovely presentation if you are presenting the box to someone as a gift.

For an establishment that is a candy shop, it feels almost ashamed to advertise itself. Indeed, the display cases are well lit, and maybe that's the idea- but this lacks the identity of a Wonka-esque world of pure imagination. Indeed, I would knock things down from 5-stars to 4-stars were I an interior decorating snob, but I don't come for the decor, I come for the confectioneries. It's an easy place to get service.
