Lenore A.

So I tried this place for the first time as I hardly ever go to the mall. But I was in the Temecula Promenade mall and needed something sweet. This is not the place to go if you're looking for something sweet.... I ordered the banana Matcha with Boba And though it was flavorful of banana, it really missed the sweet part. I know most Boba drinks are very sweet, but this was a complete opposite on a scale of 1-10, with one being as sweet as a piece of paper.... and ten being pure sugar sweet this was they bought a three. It's a great spot if you're a diabetic and looking for a low sugar option, but if not, then I would skip this place.

My son loves the boba so I decided to try during our mall trip. Got the Caramel Einspanner and it was fantastic. Will be back!

Pretty good boba drinks! They have a super wide menu full of different types of drinks. Their prices are very reasonable and they even give you a free scoop of boba! I highly recommend any of their milk teas, iced fruit teas or frosty milks. * Passion Fruit Iced Tea: 8/10 - flavor could be a lot stronger * Lychee Iced Tea: 7/10 - sweet and refreshing, but could use more lychee flavor * Boba (Topping): 7/10 - a bit tough You order on a kiosk which is pretty convenient, but that means that you'll have to pay with card. The place itself is quite small so there are a couple of tables outside to sit at. Be sure to stop by during your trip to the mall!

Downloaded the app and did a mobile order for the FIRST time. Said it would be 16 minutes so we sat at the one table outside the door thinking they would call your order, you know like how they do at Starbucks. After 20 minutes and a long line out the door later, I went in to check and was ignored by a male employee while I waited at the register. The next employee that walked up and I inquired about my order, she takes it out of the fridge and says "next time just come up and ask for it" sorry, there's no signage directing to do so and since it was my first mobile order I wasn't aware, no need to be snippy about it. My tea tasted like neither mango nor passion fruit and wasn't sweet at all even ordered at 100%, would be awhile for me to return after this interaction, service and subpar drink.

Decent boba. It's in the mall. Location is great if you're here but would overall pass on the drinks and boba overall.

Noemi A.

Their iced dirty horchata with boba is really tasty, although it doesn't taste much like horchata. I love that I can make my drink less sweet and they always put a generous amount of boba, which I love!

This boba drink place is conveniently located inside the Promenade Temecula shopping center and close to the entrance/exit. If you're tech-savvy, you can place your own order using their touch screen computer and even customize your drink. I received my order of three drinks at a reasonable time. Unfortunately their boba didn't have the right texture and was almost tasteless, for this visit at least. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea seemed watered down and bland despite my 100% sweetness level selection. If that wasn't bad enough, my kids were unimpressed by their Coconut Strawberry Smoothie and only consumed half. Great location with the option to self-order, just needs a little improvement on the art of boba making.

Sweet and savory refreshing drinks on a hot day, or as you enter this mall to shop around. This place is usually quite busy but on this day it was a little slow so I took advantage of the short line. The sugar tigers milk was so creamy and sweet. Loved it! Staff was friendly and fast with preparing our drinks.

Enjoyed the jasmine green tea here. Good tea spot if you're already at the mall, but I probably wouldn't come all the way in here just for it. It's next to Starbucks on the upper level.

Jennifer T.

I really enjoyed the strawberry milk tea with Boba that I ordered. It was really yummy and definitely recommend going back here when you are in the Temecula promenade. customer service was good it wasnt great it was just normal.

Mary Y.

Located inside the mall, park right outside Dick's Sporting Goods for direct access. Right next to Starbucks. NO HOT FOODS HERE. They only serve drinks here. Just go downstairs for food or across the mall for a pretzel. They offer a wide variety of fruit drinks, teas, smoothies, coffee, and Acai bowls. Service by Vianna M was great, and she was patient and kept a friendly customer service smile. Her counterpart looked like he had a terrible day. He made the drink, and I ordered the Taro Smoothie with boba. I wouldn't call it a smoothie as it had chunks of ice. Crunchy smoothie, maybe? Perhaps a couple of seconds will make it smoother. The boba was sweet and chewy and didn't stick together. The drink was not sweet at all, personal opinion. Your sweet tooth may be more sensitive than mine:)

Belem R.

This was my first time trying this place, and I have to say, I really enjoyed their boba. I opted for the coconut flavor & strawberry puree with oat milk instead, and it did not disappoint. The boba itself had the perfect texture--not too hard, but also not overly chewy. It had just the right consistency, making it easy to bite into or swallow, depending on your preference. The coconut flavor was delicious and balanced, and the pricing seemed fair for the quality. Overall, I'd definitely return for boba again--great flavor, great texture, and a solid experience.

it's another boba time. This place is located in Promenade Mall on the second floor. We love the interior; it's small but looks high-tech. We enjoyed watching the persons on the round tube float and surfboard navigating across the digital flat screen menu board while we wait. It was like watching a cartoon show. Inside was clean and the crew was friendly. We ordered the following: - Brown Sugar Boba - Strawberry Milk Tea Boba The boba's were good and refreshing. This place has potential. It may just be 3.5 for my taste now, but I'm not surprised if this place will rise to the occasion and receive 4-5 stars in the near future.

We recently started trying out this boba place at the mall and so far, so good! I like the tiger milk tea boba. The taste is pretty sweet and the boba is soft and fresh. Sometimes though, the boba runs a little smaller than we prefer, but the drinks have a good ratio of boba/ice/drink that we don't mind as much. The service has been positive too. We don't usually wait long, so it is a very convenient location to just stop by and get your drinks to go. read more

I gave this a 3 star because it was honestly just an average experience. The crew was kind to me but seemed like they didn't really want to be there (which I can't blame them, we'd all rather be out enjoying our time than working). The area was clean, the service was quick, the price was reasonable. However I wasn't really actually a fan of my drink. I just got a basic Thai Tea with boba, a very simple order but the drink from here was VERY sweet. I only drank 1/3 of my drink. So if you like your drinks sweet I'd say this is a good spot for you. Not sure if all drinks are like this considering this was my first time trying this place but I personally will probably not return cause I don't like them as sweet as it was today. read more

This is my number 1 go to boba shop. They're so generous with the amount of syrup in my Tiger Sugar Milk boba and by far the best bubble tea i've ever had! 11/10 I definitely recommend. It's very affordable and the workers are so nice! The shop is so cute with the events as well! The lids were decorated with ghosts for halloween and snowmen for christmas. We used to come here all the time and it was our favorite boba shop, but recently the milk teas have been super bland. The last couple times have tasted under-brewed and super watered down. A little disappointed as we liked how you could actually taste the richness of the tea and it didn't taste powdery like some other shops. read more

This place has the most choices in boba flavors that I've been to. So many different choices!!! The taro smoothie and added boba to it was amazing! Their strawberry matcha milk tea was good too, it's less sweater than the taro, and we also ordered a strawberry cookies which was the sweetest out of the bunch we ordered. The server was very friendly and recommended a few too flavors and even recommended ones that used to be popular. I would recommend this place and we will definitely return again. read more

I ordered the strawberry sunset tea and it was basically a frothy melted smoothie. It tasted like straight up garbage. I have ordered teas from here before at other locations and they look like fruit teas but when I received my tea this time it literally looked like melted mush with boba. Disgusting. I recommend you get the milk teas at this place instead. read more

Been to several different "It's Boba Time" shops but this one has an extra SHINE to it. The staff is very friendly and prompt at making your drinks. If you're not sure what to order I suggest ordering from the "secret menu". Ask for "Paul's Special" it is a Banana smoothie with Oreo and chunks of Creme Brûlée. It's DELICIOUS and not overly sweet. Highly recommend this place when you're in the mall or in the area and in the mood for boba. read more

I work in the mall and I always go here for some boba. I love the workers here they are super sweet and patient. I sometimes be going here for 5+ drinks for my coworkers and I. And each and every time they make it quick and super delicious. But this time it's a little different, Jaynie helped me with my large order but I always was so curious about the yogurt drink. And I asked her hey what it taste like, she went above and beyond to let me try a little of the mixture for it, and thanks to her now it's my favorite drink. I love this place read more

The first few times my fiance and i came here it was great, the fruit bowl was so good and made perfectly, but today was just a mess. I ordered the fruit bowl as normal just no boba. They handed me the strawberry fruit bowl, which is only strawberries. I politely told them this wasnt the one i ordered and showed them the receipt. They remade it and handed me a fruit bowl but this time no strawberry drizzle?? So just condensed milk on ice???. I again showed them my receipt that says with the drizzle just no boba. They took it back and proceeded to put the straight strawberry concentrate on top of all the fruit and ice cream??. At that point i was so done trying to get them to fix it and tried to mix up the bowl to get the strawberry to the ice but it just ended up being a puddle of strawberry goo and small bits of fruit. AND as if that wasnt gross enough, there was coffee in my shaved ice. We jept finding straight brown coffee flavored chunks of ice which mixed horribly with the strawberry. We are so incredibly dissapointed and disgusted with the quality we received today. Would have asked for a refund if they werent swamped. read more

I wanted to update my review after seeing the owner's response because, honestly, it made the experience feel even worse. What I wrote is exactly what happened. We specifically ordered drinks without Red 40, received the wrong drinks, and when we pointed it out respectfully, instead of simply remaking them, we were told we could just add flavoring to drinks we already didn't want. That felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The owner's response of "we're not for everyone and that's ok with us" came across less like accountability and more like not caring about a customer's experience. Mistakes happen -- that's understandable -- but how they're handled matters. What especially stood out to me was being told "sorry you felt you had a bad experience," because I didn't just feel like I had a bad experience -- I did. For a business centered around "nutrition," it's disappointing to feel like concerns about ingredients and what's actually in the drinks are brushed off. If caring about ingredients, transparency, and customer service means we're "not for everyone," then I think this response speaks for itself.

Parking is slim out front so be prepared to park in the parking garage and walk over.

I also did not love the flavor, but I continued to drink it because I didn't want it to go to waste after paying $7 for a juice that is supposed to be good for me. I couldn't drink more than half of it because it was just not tasting right. Mind you this is at 8:45, right before they close. We go home and I am ready to go to sleep but starting not to feel well. I lay down for a bit then had to get up because I was feeling HORRIBLE! Until I finally threw up. Needless to say I won't go back and wasted my money on those juices, because I sure as hell didn't drink the second one after that experience.

I've never had a more catered experience than this one, thanks to Vianna! She took the time to answer all my questions with a smile and added her own personal flair while she was at it. I decided to get the hibiscus berry iced tea per Vianna's recommendation and it was packed with flavor. If all customer service were this good, the world would be a far better place. Keep it up, guys! read more
