Always in great condition. No cracks or slits or duct tape holding pieces together (ahem Monkey Joes). The staff is always very friendly and always engages with the kids. I have fun when we visit but man those inflatables are a workout (lol). Sometimes we come and there are balloons all over the floor and in the inflatables. This takes the fun to a whole new level. My toddler was still happy at the end and said he had fun, but then again he has fun collecting rocks. Honestly, if this is what their other classes are like, I'm better off using the $35 class fee on my own art materials. I'm bummed because it seemed so awesome to have this place near us.

Wonderful customer service and absolutely recommend My Gym to other parents. As a parent we just want to feel as though we are heard when expressing concerns especially towards our kids health. Original review: It's a great place to go for little ones to get to run around and challenge motor skills while socializing. As any social setting like this one kids are sent with runny noses or colds and it gets really frustrating I have yet to see a worker wipe down any surface. Starting to get to the point where we are considering stopping our membership based on the amount of kids that are allowed in with colds and rashes. Almost doesn't seem worth it anymore being our son brings something new home almost every week which then spreads to the whole family. If they would have a wipe down between classes that would maybe help but as stated above I am aware toddlers frequently spread things in any setting like this.
