I mentioned to the manager that we had been regular customers for 2 years but it did not matter to them: they refused to swap the plant for something else , saying 'they would not be able to resell this' . What a way of doing business! They have definitely lost us. Canadian tire has a 3 months warranty on any plant purchase. I d rather go there.

They also have very reasonably priced soil and fertilizer. They are nice enough to help you bring products to your car that you can't carry and or helpful with advice as well. Prices are reasonable.
