After purchasing a chocolate Yorkie from this amazing breeder two years ago, it was a no-brainer when we wanted to get another Yorkie to be a companion to the first. With so many scams going on these days or folks breeding one dog too many times and the puppies having health issues, our two Yorkies are happy and healthy. There is a vast size difference as the second one is a teacup Yorkie and much, much smaller than the older one. But she has no fears but both are so careful not to hurt the other. Set an appointment and found a pup I wanted. She was very patient in explaining facts about breed, care he had received and what shots were due next. i unfortunately worked with heather for awhile . worst job ever . the dogs for sale are kept inside unable to explore or interact with many of the other dogs . when barking she grabs them very roughly and smacks them with fly swatters and papertowel rolls. disease is constantly going around this place so dogs have parvo many times as puppies which proves the unsanitary conditions . the dogs that are used for breeding are up to 9 years old and kept in cages for a solid 18 hours a day with maybe 6 hours max of outdoor time unless it's raining ; then they won't get outdoor time for days on end. these 8-15 pound dogs are kept 2 to 3 dogs per 2 by 2 foot box . the mal treatment of these dogs should get this place shut down . After losing our dog at 14yrs old, we were heartbroken and our other dog was depressed. Heather, the owner-operator of It's A Puppies World, went far above our expectations when we decided to find a miniature breed puppy. Her facility is very neat and clean, despite all the pups she has (how does she do that?!?!). I visited her place twice under very short notice each time and it was very clean all throughout both times. You can tell when someone has just tidied up versus one who's keeping their place clean. That was an important first impression, as it gave me some insight to her attention to detail, which you want to see from any person who's taken on responsibility for animals. All of her pups, (I think we saw around 30 pups there when we visited) looked very well cared for and you could see by the two-way interactions that they all felt very safe and happy in general, but especially with her. We weren't sure which breed we were interested in but we were leaning towards poodles. She had four full bred poodle puppies upstairs and we thought for sure we were taking one of those home. Then we went downstairs where the rest of the puppies were, played with about 12 of them, then we found our Ellie Rae, an adorable little Hava-Poo that has been a perfect ball of sunshine since we brought her home (8/19/18). She was 4 months old at the time. Heather provided us with a thorough set of information, including Ellie's medical/vaccination records, which were in perfect order, information on her vaccinations coming up due in another month, food recommendations, a referral to her veterinarian with a free first-time exam visit included, a referral to her preferred mobile groomer, info about her breed, her microchip information file, the form required to transfer the microchip to our household, and answers for every question I had. She didn't just hand it over either, she went through it very thoroughly. She also provides a congenital warranty, in the event of any major health issues. She assists some other breeders with finding homes for pups, so she can help pair you with any of the small breeds you might be looking for. She had her pups separated more or less by breed/breed-mix and there were no more than 4 puppies per open-top pen, so no one was overcrowded or restricted in their space to play. That was nice to see. She was also very patient when handling their "accidents." I share all this because the emotional welfare of a pup BEFORE it gets to me was very important to me. We are in our 50's, work full time, and just got to Empty Nest, so we didn't want to adopt a puppy who might have "issues" if you know what I mean. I've recommended It's A Puppies World to every person that's fallen in love with Ellie (that's everyone who's met her) and when we decide to get her a companion, I won't look anywhere else. Her BBB Accreditation and A+ rating were also important in our decision to visit her place. We're SO glad we did. We had been looking for a new Vet in our area we'd just moved to, and we really like the one she referred us to. 5 Stars all around. BTW, our girl is now 5 pounds, healthy, never barks, LOVES the water (baths/pool/shower/hose), and loves to go fast on quads and RAZRs....if you've never had a small breed before (we hadn't) and you think they are all sissies and/or spook easily (we thought that).....it's not true with our pup. She goes everywhere we go and she loves Jeep rides. She has yet to meet another dog that she doesn't want to play with, including a large wolf. She's the coolest. I highly recommend the Littles....they're so much fun! I take her to work and she just chills. She can also keep up with us on a mile-long walk, which we hadn't expected. On July 1, 2020 my husband and I just bought a Morkie from Heather at 'Its A Puppies World' for our 8 year old daughter. We are very pleased with our purchase and our daughter is completely in love. We are first time dog owners, so don't have anything to compare the buying experience to, but felt it went great. We really appreciated how responsive Heather is to texting. She will text pics of what she has available at the moment and what she has coming in from other breeders. Due to the pandemic puppies sell very quickly and the prices are higher than normal but they will be higher everywhere else too. I've recently purchased Mork, a Yorkshire Terrier, from Heather and I love my little Mork. The day after we got little Mork home she started to display the symptoms of kennel cough and we got her into the Vet the day after that. The Vet provided her with antibiotics, which Heather covered, and sent her home. The Vet said that she'd be fine and that Kennel Cough was going around. However, little princess Mork also got pneunomia. Heather, however, was very good about helping us to get Mork healthy. While little Mork did get sick, I would like to emphasize how helpful Heather was. In fact, she seemed as concerned about Mork's well being as me and now Mork is well on her way to recovery!! And, my princess Mork is such a sweetie pie. If you are looking for a Yorkshire Terrier, I'd definitely recommend talking to Heather. Updating this because I searched up the address of the breeder listed on the certificate that came with my dog and they are a puppy mill. The puppy was shipped (I don't even WANT to know by what means) from Fulton, Kansas and I found the breeders on a website that does investigations on puppy mills. So "its a puppies world" is not only breeding dogs but seems to keep a stock of puppies from mills around the country. I paid more for my puppy than I would have from a responsible breeder and I feel so terrible that this "business" made money off of this situation. I was quite upset when I learned she lied about my puppies vaccinations (my vet called her vet to verify the vaccinations that she claimed she did at home but that the vials were from the vet- her vet was horrified she was telling people this lie. Also, if they're not administered by a licensed vet, they are null and void at any vet clinic, kennel, puppy classes, etc), but I am devastated to find out where my dog came from and what she probably had to go through. It's not a wonder she was terrified to be handled. They claim on their online presences that their dogs are well socialized. When I pressed, in person, one of the people there said "oh yes we socialize them very well!" I asked where they take them for this and he said "oh, the back yard". Are you kidding me? So now, as I have to pay for redoing all her shots and wait weeks in between, my dog will be 6 months old by the time I can safely bring her out into the world to be socialized. She also seems to have collapsing trachea but diagnosis is pending. Stay away from this unscrupulous wreck. read more

Wecame across Heather's business when seeking to add another puppy to our family. When we texted her to find out more, she readily gave us her full name, name of her business, and included about ten pictures of the puppies she had available. After choosing one, we called her and she answered many questions we had. She has been in the business for 10 years and therefore is an experienced breeder. she provided us with the cost and we scheduled a time to pick the puppy up. We drove 100 miles to get the puppy. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the area where she kept the pups. She kept the puppies in her care all up to date with their vaccines. She ensured they puppy had a microchip. She provided the pedigree information. That day she gave the puppy the last vaccine it needed and the list of all vaccines give to date and she. The next one was due. She gave a health warranty up to a year should the puppy be diagnosed with any genetic defects. And she gave a a two week time frame to return the puppy should our veterinarian diagnose the puppy with any malformaties. We would recommend Heather's business any time. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! Heather Ann Fairchild is the owner of this company and she is an unethical business owner who absolutely does not understand the meaning of being honest, truthful and responsible business practices. I ordered a puppy from her. She reassured me that she only works with the best kennels and that she always provides health guarantee and clear bill of health for all her puppies. Every step of the way was a nightmare to wrk with her. The first thing she switched on me was the delivery agreement. She was supposed to have the puppy delivered to my house. For two straight days and numerous long text after texts, she shared with me the the puppy had been misplaced and then she kept pushing me to dive places that are two hours away to pick up this puppy. After getting pushy with her and demanding the number of the trucking company, I was able to contact the trucker and arrange a meet point only 15 minutes from my house. This nerve wreck that had gone on for 2 days, could have been avoided by a simple phone call. However delivery torture is simply a minor portion of this Saga. I picked this puppy up close to midnight from a town over in a parking lot. The day I notices that her eyes were completely shut with green puss. I contacted her towards midday and explained to her. She blamed it on the trucking company. When I asked her for help with much attitude and name calling she said she would agree for the meds but not the visit for the vet. Her logic was it was my duty to take the puppy to a vet any ways. She commented how stupid I was for lack of not knowing how to take care of a puppy. I explained to her that I really did not need to take the puppy to a vet if she was health until her 12 weeks shots. But I could not make her understand the logic. The next thing that I shared with her was that there were stitches on couple of spots on the poor puppy's belly. When I confronted her with and asked her what this meant, with out any apologies, she said " So what if she has had surgeries.... the important thing is what ever the problem was, had been fixed".... when I told her that was not right and that I should have know about this. She sarcastically commented that she felt sorry for me and it was so terrible that this surgery " made this dog an unworthy dog!!!" Does this lady not understand disclosure and promise to deliver in good Faith???? SO HERE IS THE LIST OF ALL THINGS WRONG WITH THIS POOR PUPPY: 1.Colitis.... bloody stool and diarrhea 2. Not only eye infection but server inflammation of the tissue surrounding the eyes ( this may never go away according to 2 different vets) 3. Bilateral mystery surgery 4. EAR MITES ( she keep banging her her and scratching her ears 5. sinus infection Can there be anything else wrong with this puppy??? when I confronted her with all this issued... she simply said to send the puppy back and she would partial refund me. Why should I loose money???? Is it not her responsibility to work with trust worthy good kennels. Should she not be the one to carry the loss and correct this situation? SO Far I have spent $900.00 on a puppy that is unhealthy and $320.00 on medical bills and still the medical problems continue. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... YOU WILL SUFFER!!!! read more
