It took a long time to plan as we were quite indecisive at first. Barbara was patient and there for us every step of the way to make recommendations. She listened and asked questions to help narrow down exactly what we did (and did not) want. She nailed it! The entire trip (and planning) was seamless with her help. Throughout the planning, we never felt rushed and had all questions answered even up until the week we were leaving. We didn't have to really "think" too much on this holiday. All documents were given to us ahead of time, transportation was booked, and we felt very comfortable that we would be able to reach her during our trip at any point if needed. I have been extremely pleased with services I received at this location on multiple times. I've had a full synthetic oil change and they handled a few major concerns I had and my vehicle is running smoother. Owning a vehicle comes with regular maintenance and I'm glad I can trust AAA with my vehicle needs in these last couple months. They alleviated a lot of stress. I've previously been a dedicated Toyota or Firestone customer. I've had AAA membership for over a decade and I wish I had given them a try sooner.

The open desk arrangement for service managers (and travel agents) is accessible and comfortable. The comprehensive safety check sounds good in theory but, in substance, not thorough- they missed noting my cabin air filter was removed. The video with the report is non-specific and mostly for "show." However, they did catch my need to replace spark plugs, which was needed per spec. The service manager, Mike, handles customers well and I appreciate the good value he gave me honoring a AAA coupon; no games. I often do this kind of routine work myself, but this was a cost effective and comfortable alternative to "DIY" in 85 degree heat.

She booked all our tickets, hotels, rental cars, and airport transfers. She made sure my 85 year old father, who was traveling alone on one of the legs of the trip, was well taken care of by the airlines, and when we had issues with his flights being changed or cancelled, she jumped right onto the problem and got him where he needed to go on time. I cannot recommend that service enough, and we will definitely use Lime Time Travel for our next trip.

She stuck to our budget and helped us pick the best Sandals resort for our style, since there are so many to choose from. She made sure that we had all the travel documents we needed, kept us up to date on Covid entry requirements, and she sent us a travel tips sheet that spelled out exactly what to expect when traveling to a sandals resort. On our return trip, we had a flight get cancelled on a Sunday at 7pm, so I called the Alpha World Travel office number to get some help in getting a flight rebooked. Lynn was the one who helped us out of this pinch, and she went above and beyond, she got us in contact with an airline booking agent in minutes, and she had a rental car booked for us when we landed in Charlotte and had to drive back to Raleigh. I would highly recommend Alpha World Travel and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

In the end it cost us an additional $500 and required that we extend our stay. Their representative would best be described as a used car salesman who was trying his hand as an international travel agent. My sincere advice is to avoid Atlas and make your own arrangements. You may be new to the task, but still better than having someone advise you at the 11th hour that all their promises were worthless.

Don't expect for her to get back with you until she is ready,(unless your pockets are fat) and then she will rush you off the phone. I was excited about our honeymoon and put down a deposit. My fiance lost her job and was out of work for three months. This put a lot of financial burden on us. We decided to book our own room at a local beach and cancel. She wanted us to stay with her and work something out, but I didn't feel helping us was on her mind and felt pressed as she ask me questions like are you going with another agent, ummmm no we have to pay for our own wedding and now we have hardly any funds. I just wanted a refund minus any penalty. Then she sends me an invoice so she could cancel our reservation. I already gave a hefty deposit its beyond me why she can't take out penalty from deposit. None of these policies were gone over or explianed when I booked this in the beginning. Then she says on the phone "I don't get paid unless you travel what am I going to get for all my hard work?" WOW really? This really made me upset and made my fiance Livid she called and of course could not get through and left some angry voice mails. She tried to throw these back in my face by sending them in attachments back at me in an email. If she explained all of this from the beginning all of this miscommunication could have been avoided. Whatever happened to customer service? This is money that I worked hard for and wanted to enjoy a honeymoon with my lady. She had no sympathy or understanding about my situation. then she doubled the penalty for cancellation after she got off the phone. She claimed I was rushing her off the phone, but I was at work at my Full Time Job and had to get back to it. We do a lot of business with Amazon so I thought it could be a genuine gift. Inside the card it said it was from Garner, where Amazon has a warehouse distribution center. I called the number and learned that I could get my "Birthday Present" of the Amazon Gift Card BUT would have to go to a 90 minute presentation for Grand Discovery. Really, you Scum Bags!!!! If a company has to resort to such low antics to get people's attention they must really suck!

I was told that we would have to go Grand Discovery in Cary to hear a 90 minute talk and at the end we would get our free cruise. We decided to take them up on it and went for the session. The deal was much like a time share but instead gave one access to wholesale travel opportunities. We declined their offer. We accepted the free cruise upon exit but we have to send in a deposit of $99 toward taxes of the cruise. I'm still not convinced I'm going to get my free cruise and plan to investigate a lot before giving up my $. I'll re-post with a higher rating if it all comes true :-)
