Ordered a few Lexmark T640 and T650 cartridges from Itemex. Although we were offered a lower price in comparison to the toners previously ordered from competitors, the quality of the cartridges were very poor, and did not last very long. Since replacing our T640 cartridge, the printer makes squealing noises which is unbearable if you print throughout your shift. Called in for service and the representative offered to replace the faulty cartridge with shipping fees waived. Overall, the service was satisfactory but not likely to order from Itemex again considering the quality of their product. read more
