Returned my phone within 24 hours with two new problems that weren't there before the repair. They refused to even look at it, told me it "wasn't them," made remarks about my race and appearance, then called the police when I kept asking for an explanation. I'm a 27-year-old girl that was not threatening or doing anything besides asking them to fix what they broke. The customer before me got spoken to in the same way, so I know this is how they operate and scam people they will say they don't like your attitude when you ask them to fix something of their doing. He quoted $50 but agreed to $45 to replace the problem part because we now knew him. When we went to the Geek squad we found young workers with limited experience and high prices.

On top of that, he patiently helped me get the new unit up and running. (Finding passwords etc, my personal nightmare) Needless to say, he will be my New tech genius moving forward. I went to get my iPhone 6s Plus phone fixed due to some charging issues I was having, and he was able to fix it for $45 or less. After taking my phone to T-Mobile and being told that I would have to buy a new iPhone (which would ultimately cost me $1,000+), I went back to Wireless Tech on a hunch that they may be able to fix the problem. Surprise, they did! On my 2nd visit, I witnessed a transaction between the store manager and a girl who needed to get her phone's camera fixed. He was polite and fixed it within 30 mins. She was shocked, as she was in and out in less than a day (and without having to buy a new phone). On my 3rd visit (6/19/2019), I went back and had them replace the battery in the same phone. Again, I paid about $45 plus tax (not $1,000). On both of these occasions, it only took about 20 minutes to fix. I am giving them 5 Stars because they are an excellent example of what a repair shop should be. Again, if you are looking for a store to get your iPhone fixed, this is the place. Thanks, Wireless Tech!

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.
