This store has high-end furniture for great bargains. Very futuristic furniture with magnificent colors. Service is good and easy parking in the parking lot. Not far from "Pinks" hot dog. read more

They sold me trash. Do NOT buy here. I purchased a couple of "leather" barstools that were on sale for $275 ea. I purchased them 3 weeks ago and the leather is peeling. I called the only salesperson (owner) there her name is Nicole and she said "its final sale" go get some covers they sell them at amazon... like WTF! if I would've know this. I should've just purchased them at amazon. Now I see why the place is going out of business. read more

I live all the way in freaking Orange County, and I was able to purchase some authentic Italian furniture for my home, and a couple of nice tables. I was recommended this place by my girl. I took a look around to see how legit everything was, and I was happy with my results, and answers. I had some good customer service here. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the owner, but I was happy with the place. Like I said, my girl know more about the people and the place here. Usually when she refer me somewhere, I am never disappointed. So hey, will be my go to place, far far away. read more

Such a unprofessional customer service The owner on La Brea is very rude She doesn't have patience at all for the customers! Definitely not recommend read more

The store is a ripoff, the prices on the show floor are not the actual prices of the furniture. When really they are reflecting the store floor models. Whaaaaat?! Prices are outrageous, as stylish and from "Italy" as they are being marketed you should never pay the price of a car for a single piece of furniture. Customer service here is lacking, specially when you have questions regarding delivery, what's reflected on price, warranty, and materials. You'd expect they'd have this all laid out for you as brochures or something. Nope. Do not come, shop somewhere else that gives you fair pricing for products and value your time. You put tons of time working and saving up money for luxe furniture, don't be scammed of it! read more

Bought a sofa and bed from them. Sofa came with a scratch and the bed didn't come with the wood that holds up my bed frame (as promised). Kept calling and no one returned my calls. Finally almost 5 months later I got a hold of them to deliver the wood & install it since it's complicated. One month later it cracked while I was sitting on my bed. There's no way it should break because of a 118 lb girl. I got some more wood to pile on the ground to hold it up. Just recently the whole side cracked while I was sleeping and I woke up stuck in between my bed and the side and had cute all on my side from the wood. This is totally unacceptable. I had an ikea bed for 5 years and I never had a problem with it. For the money I paid for this crap furniture it's not worth it. I'm saddened that a company could treat people like this and give them such junk for an expensive price. Oh & I did mention the scratch when I called the day after getting the sofa. Didn't offer any help but they also promised to call me back about the wood and didn't. When I finally did get the wood they also added another mattress under mine and my bed was huge, I knew something was wrong but they insisted it was right. So I left to go run errands and they called me back needing to come back to my apt ASAP because they realized they weren't suppose to give me the other mattress. All in all. I hope this company changes their ways and values their customers. I hope they give customers the quality they pay for. read more

Ridiculous people with ridiculous pricing. The prices written are for scratched up floor models. The new one costs more, a lot more. The marked price for a bedroom set was 12000. For some reason the "out of the door" price was 17500. Talk about switchups and upselling. Waste of time. read more

BUYER BEWARE - this operation may have counterfeit products! I purchased 4 new barstools from Italy 2000 (Sherman Oaks, CA location) on 12/6/2017 for $4157.00 ; with White Glove Delivery of $575.00- transaction was done via wire transfer as they informed me that they do NOT take credit cards for phone purchases out of state. Main contact was Roxanne. These were delivered to my address ( We noticed stools were damaged and took photos and informed Italy 2000 by phone (both Roxanne and manager Ray Mart)- they advised accept delivery that day and they would repair any damages. On 1/28/18 they sent repair person out and they were unable to complete repairs onsite and we were told that stools would need to be taken with them to the shop to be repaired. The stools were kept by American West (fro a few weeks and they finally took several videos which I have copies stating that the damage was not the delivery service fault as Italy 2000 was saying but due to a manufacturing defect. I kept calling and emailing Roxanne during February and March 2018 - at least 10-15 times(I have copies of all emails, photos and videos documenting all conversations) and was told that Ray Mart would take issue up with manufacturer Giorgio and was in fact going to visit them in Italy - this was on May 15th 2018; I had also called the East Coast distributer of the stools (from whom we had bought a matching bar prior to the stools) at the behest of Roxanne to check on the colors etc and was informed that they know of Italy 2000 and they possibly are selling stools at a cheaper price since they get knock-offs from China! I was told that in the meantime I would start incurring storage fees and what Italy 2000 would - if I took delivery of the stools back - send someone to the house to touch up and repair damage and pay me a refund of $300. The stools were delivered back to us around May 12th and on May 15th I asked Italy 2000 of the status of the repair and the refund - I got no reply and finally got a hold of the manager Ray Mart - an extremely rude man - who told me - sorry I am NOT sending a repair team and NOT giving you $300 because I don't think there is anything wrong with the stools!!! At this point I reminded him that I had videos from the delivery/repair service as well as pictures documenting the damage and also his word and emails saying they would repair and credit me. He categorically said - " I do not care ". Reported to BBB and as of today nothing has been done and this organization keeps doing business as if nothing has happened. read more

I should have also read the reviews before I went into this store. I purchased some dining room chairs and got totally ripped off and lied to. The owner does not know the meaning of integrity. I have been lied to for over a month and when I finally received the chairs the quality was not what I expected and was overcharged. But most of all the service was the worst I've ever dealt with with buying a product.bottom line if you feel like you want to be ripped off and lied to then you should go into the store and be there customer. read more

Just purchased my new ALF Italia bedroom set from Italy 2000 and couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Nicole made a good offer and even matched the price from an online competitor. The furniture was delivered professionally on time, and arrived brand new boxed with the Italian manufacturer's branding. The delivery guys assembled the furniture with expertise and were very careful to ensure nothing was damaged. They even mailed me the assembly instructions, at my request, to keep with my pI can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I had always wanted to go into this store as it has very cool interesting decor and is totally my style, so I decided to stop in one afternoon and take a look around since I am in the market for new lamps and saw they have some very cool lamps and lighting. I was greeted by a middle aged, rigid persian woman who seemed less than enthusiastic to see customers in the store but nonetheless she reluctantly asked us if there was something she could help us with. I told her no thank you just that I always see what beautiful items they have when I drive by and wanted to come in and have a look. We looked around at all of the furniture in the different areas and the woman followed us around the store almost as if she thought we were going to break something or steal...lol It was very akward and almost rude. The store does have some very nice furniture and lamps in the main showroom kind of overpriced, but nice. The upstairs however looks like it was thrown together with the ugly leftovers from the warehouse and not even staged properly. All of the lamps werent plugged in to view, and the persian woman following us around certainly did not offer to plug them in and help us see them lit up. Had the service been better I would have considered buying a couple of things from them, but the cold univiting, saleswoman just turned me off completely and I am sure Im not the only one. Bad for business Italy 2000. Just saying. Might want to consider hiring new help. I definitely wouldnt go here again. read more

Do not come to this store. They are liars! Not even worth A star! My experience was horrible. We bought 10 K furniture at store, and they delivered everything but my beautiful lamps. They called me to ask me go pick it up by myself or they can do the deliver two weeks later. Come on, It wasn't my fault, I spent 10 K at store and have to drive 30 mins for picking 1 pair of lamps? By the time we got store we found out the thickness of the coffee table was not right. The one on the show floor was 4"3 , but the one they delivered to our house is about the half thickness of that. When I asked they said that the one on the floor now just came yesterday for some customer special order. But the truth is the price tag was exactly the same as the time we saw when we buy the table. When I mention the price tag is the same , they said they just put the old tag on the new one which came yesterday . Finally, they said they can exchange that but we have to pay delivery fees. I have been in US for 7 years, not even a convience store could make a such lie to their customer. I don't mind let people making money over me if the merchandise is worth my money. But definitely not the merchant like this kind. Who the hell make such lies to their customers, and feeling so comfortable! I am paying over 10k ! read more

This store is unscrupulous shop. We came there to shop for furniture and when we saw a power recline chair and another sofa, we asked the lady if they were made in Italy, then the lady said "YES"; so we bought them. After the first delivered of the power recline chair, we found out the bottom was not function proper after two days, so we start to think the chair was not made in Italy. We went back to store and ask the sales lady were the chair and sofa that we purchased were made in Italy? She said "NO", they're made in China. We had been cheated and told the lady that we want to cancel the other sofa that hasn't delivery to us and return the chair that was already delivered to us because they were made in China. She said she need to ask manager, so the manager called us on next day and told us the chair was made in German; we cannot cancel or return because all the sales are final sales. We had been cheated again because when we purchase, they never told us all the sales are final sales. So we went to the store again few days later to meet with manager for solution, but this time when we ask the manger to write down on our invoice to clarify the chair was made in German; she said "No" and told us the chair was designed in German but made in China. So we told the lady that we want the sofa that made in Italy, not from China. Then she showed us one sofa that was made in Italy and cost more than our original order. So we had no choose and pay for the difference to change the sofa that was made in Italy. After few hours later, the manager called us to schedule delivery the made in Italy sofa and we asked her is the sofa that going to delivery to us is brand new one, not the floor sample from the store. She said the floor sample is the only one she has in stock and no new one is available. (Again, she had cheated us again). We told her we paid for couple thousand dollars is for the new sofa, not for the display used sofa and want the money back. She refuse to refund the money to us and told us that sofa is ours not matter what. Due to their dishonest behavior, we want to return all the furniture that we bought because we don't know if they were really made in Italy or were actually made in China. And also now we are seeking the legal action to suit this store in order to get our money back. If you are one of the victim consumer, please also let us know, so we can ask the lawyer to subpoena their business transactions because we believe we were not only victim got rip off and cheated on the purchased in their store. read more

This place is absolutely fabulous! The furniture is so modern and elegant and you would think they cost a fortune, but the best part is that they don't! This store has special items that are significantly cheaper than at other stores. Ray in their Sherman Oaks store was a pleasure to work with. Rene who schedules the delivery is uncooperative and very demeaning. I would think twice before purchasing an item that needs to be delivered by them.
