I love this place! They have amazing service and even better food. Their portion sizes are large! Their pizzas and pastas are sooo delicious. We have had the pesto, carbonara, alfredo and arrabiata sauces and they are just divine. They also have an amazing selection of desserts- the tiramisus are to die for! read more

This was one of the most frustrating lunch experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, there was zero direction on how to order or pay. I was left standing there guessing, which immediately set the tone. After finally ordering, I waited about 15 minutes. When I received my bag, it felt unusually light -- and for good reason. Inside was a soup container the size of a wonton soup cup, and it was only half full. For $10. Charging $10 for half of a tiny container of soup is absurd. For anyone familiar with Italian food, you know that $10 worth of soup or pasta can feed multiple people. What I was given wouldn't even qualify as a proper lunch. This is a classic example of a place doing well and then inflating prices while shrinking portions. With food costs and living expenses already so high, this kind of pricing feels like straight-up gouging. The owner apologized and said they would "show the chef the error," but portion sizes and pricing come from management, not the kitchen staff. Passing the blame doesn't fix the problem. I won't be returning. There are plenty of nearby businesses that offer fair portions, better value, and a far more respectful experience. read more

The place smells amazing when you walk in the doors first off. Second, they have a great selection of food on offer incl. pantry items, desserts, frozen meals, desert table w every cheesecake imaginable and hot table items, etc. but the prices seem a bit high... covid? I ordered the coldcut sandwich and it's fantastic! $13~ so again on the high side but it's delicious. Our first time ordering here and we had the Saturday night family meal. We chose the Cesar salad, fettuccini Alfredo, and chicken parmigiana with garlic knots. We had the dinner for 6 people and it was filling and absolutely delicious! We enjoyed it so much! It felt like we had a home cooked meal made with love. Went in for the first time after driving by so many times and so glad we did. Food was delicious and staff was accommodating and friendly. The lasagne had a good amount of meat and cheese to go with the authentic Italian sauce. Tortellini in rose sauce was flavouful and the garlic knots are so good on their own but even better with the leftover sauce on the plate! Hits the spot when craving authentic Italian. Ordered the chicken cacciatore and spaghetti and meatballs. The chicken didn't have the stringy veiny bits cut out. In other words it wasn't cleaned properly. Taste was decent but nothing out of the world for the somewhat high price. Meatballs were quite bland and flavourless. For four people we paid $100 for lunch. The portions were nothing spectacular either. Lattes were excellent though, and the bakery has some very lovely and authentic Italian treats. Would I come back? stopped in to the restaurant side for dinner i ordered the vodka penne which was alright not very big portions and my husband ordered a veal parm sandwich which he said was very good however during our whole meal all we could hear was the owner yelling at his staff would never spend another dime there i do not support any business owners who would treat their staff that way those poor employees did a fantastic job and kept a positive attitude even tho being screamed at the owner should be ashamed of himself wont go again and would never recommend read more
