I called the 800 number and they got it all squared away and we also were able to arrange installation at the Timberlake road location. The wife headed over on the pick-up / install date and well, what should have been a 2-3 hour affair, took more like 5 as the guy struggled mightily to get the hitch and wiring installed. After getting it installed and hitting the road, we had to go back and get the actual ball hitch piece for the towbar - that should have been the first question from the guy in my opinion... In any case, the unit operated as expected and we were able to complete our trip with no incidents. Pro-tip:  The local locations and the website do not always mesh with what is available, and may not show all of the available options, so you are advised to call the 800 number Give them a shot if you need this type of equipment.

I found that both on-site staff and upper management were gracious and open to conversation whenever an issue was found and were very reasonable and helpful in discussing solutions that were both practical as well as would allow the least amount of interference with the customer base as possible. They truly do care about the services they provide their customers and the decisions they made with us as a contractor reflect that. They also care about each customer, as I was able to be in the room for many customer interactions while we worked and could see the level of understanding and professionalism the staff showed each any every person who entered the office.

These guys had no blankets, no cardboard, no plastic and they complained at me b/c my lamps were not packed. Then they left items at my old house. (The new owner had to call me to come get them.) I bought pizza for the American Moving crew. After they left I found pizza crusts thrown into my yard and other trash from food they had eaten. In all - they worked fast, but were unprepared to do a professional move (no supplies) and they left my brand new yard strewn with trash. Ug. Call some other company!
