It's tiered, so whether you sit up a bit at the top or down closer to the road, it doesn't matter because your view will be good. They also have a glass partition at the upper terrace, so you can see everything in the port. Everything else about this restaurant was a solid 5 stars. Food: out of this world good! It is Mediterranean Greek, so they have some Greek options on the menu. We ordered the pasta with shrimp (not sure of the exact name on the menu) but it was soooo good! Pasta was perfectly cooked and the shrimp were extremely tender. The parilla del mariscos was also amazingly good. My husband is a huge seafood person and was completely raving about it. He lived the cuttle fish and sword fish and said it was his favorite place we've been to our entire trip to Europe! Per person, the parilla del mariscos was 18 euro, we thought an amazing deal! Would HIGHLY recommend. The service was also outstanding! Our waiter was so nice and so prompt! He was great! And sat us exactly where we wanted to sit. At the end of the meal, he brought out the check with the very cute little business card of the restaurant -- a nice touch. Overall outstanding value and amazing food in an amazing setting. Definitely eat here!!

It was plenty of food, my wife could not eat up. Our kids had some pasta and meat with potatoes - also good. But the best with this small, cosy restaurant was the atmosphere! It felt genuine and the owner (Julio ?) was supernice and helpful. The place had the feeling of an small Italian taverna -though this was very Spanish :) We were there around lunch time and the place was packed, but the staff was still friendly and calm, despite all the cusomers. I recommend this restaurant to all that comes to Palma!

It's hard to find a non-touristy restaurant in Port d'Alcúdia that branches out beyond run of the mill tapas and pizza, but Jardin delivers. I made a reservation a few weeks in advance for a Sunday evening. We arrived through the garden entrance packed with diners, but learned that the testing menu was served downstairs only. We were taken via elevator and escorted to our table in an otherwise empty establishment. There was one other party of two next to us, but no other patrons the entire time we were there. This was definitely odd as you could literally hear a pin drop it was so quiet, but the staff was attentive and friendly without overdoing it on their few guests. The menu is quite unique. Menu didn't seem particularly compelling so I ordered just a drink. Now, I appreciate that this is a restaurant but the way the waitress scolded me when I tried to order only a drink was uncalled for. She was simply rude about it. I was nice about it and ordered padrón peppers to placate her. The same waitress came back about 5 mins later and asked me to take my bag off the table (a backpack). Okay, again, fine, but she was really just nasty in her tone. Sangria was just okay and was more expensive than the average in the area. Padrón peppers were delicious, however. Between the yummy peppers and the fact that the wifi was free and strong, I'm giving 2 stars instead of one. But I wouldn't return or recommend due to the rude service.

The restaurant is very tiny and we have a wait of over 40 minutes. The service was fine. Food - the Spanish octopus was delicious! Perfectly prepared. My kids had the salmon and it was regular slightly over cooked one of them mentioned. The sangria was OK. However, there were many knats and small bugs that were attracted to the fruit in the sangria that turned me off. One of these fruit flies flew in my glass and I was done. If you feel like waiting the octopus, and the Russian salad is excellent! Not sure if I would return, as there are many restaurants in that area that serve similar dishes.
