The food they serve here is obviously Turkish which means plenty of kebabs/grills and various dips etc. When I go here we usually share the mix starter which includes 6 dips and some lovely warm bread. This is enough for 2 as a decent snack or starter as we do. I have tried the doner Kebab and mixed grill here and you get plenty of meat. Most things are served with rice, bread and salad. Your plate is always piled high with decent quality food. It is ok value when you pay full price but I have a taste card so you get 50% off your food bill which makes it excellent value for money. For 2 people you can have a starter, main each and a drink for less than £15 if you have a taste card which is excellent. It is more like a café than a restaurant but they do serve beer which is good. Overall a very good experience.

Main courses , poor salad to accompany and the fish was both "raw and off" brought to their attention the manager/owner admitted the meal was "RAW" but "TRIED DEFENDING" the off/foul smell , stating it was fresh !! ,(something the waitress openly admitted she too found worrying.) So drinks flat and against health /allergies were still served to us ,having to share starters bread, and foul smelling fish main course ,we opted out of more drinks,tea/coffee and desserts,we left with a £5.00 deduction on the bill !!! We threw that back in their face by tipping the waitress a £5, we just hope they got the sarcasm. The chef needs sacking and the owner/manager needs to take "honesty lessons" from the waitress -who by the way was lovely. Dreadful meal. Needless to say we wont be back.Their loss.

Firstly there's a Tapas menu and a Turkish influence on the food (Turkish owner I was told) but the head Chef is Portugese? So I imagine some Portugese flavours seep into the mix at some stage. As we enter into the 16th year of the 21st century I presume innovation in foodie collaborations will lead to more places like this. Onto the food.. The tapas menu is nothing short of fantastic. The breads are baked fresh onsite and are delicious. The Filetitos (strips of lamb fillet I think?), Pan seared Scallops with clams and the Gamberoni Pilpil (prawns) are sensational choices from the tapas menu. I for one cannot wait to rattle out a full blown review upon my return when I'll no doubt goorge on the Beef Stroganoff which I hear is divine. So watch this space...

There somehow always is a catch, and that was we could only order off the grill section on the menu. So after looking through the "extensive menu", I ordered the Tavuk Sis (marinated cubes of chicken fillet) with rice and we ordered one of each of their baked breads, Pide and Lavash. Each of these grill mains comes with a freshly made salad. My main was disappointing, as my marinated chicken cubes were overcooked and slightly stringy. There was nothing special about the salad, pretty standard one. Only the lavash bread was quite nice, as it was a flat bread with a buttery surface. After dinner, we had some of the tea included in the voucher. I chose the hot Turkish apple tea, which was red when it arrived. Now the name doesn't suggest anything like "apple and berry" tea, and so wasn't clearly stated in the menu. The overall experience wasn't great, and having looked at the rest of the menu, when one of the waiters was getting a confirmation of what the voucher included, nothing grabbed my attention, so it's safe to say, I wouldn't be coming to dine in this restaurant again.

Prices are very reasonable I paid about £15 for the meal and boy did it fill me up. In addition to that the staff are great, very polite and well organised. The only negative things I have to say are that the salad was badly dressed very acidic and not much balance to the dressing.
