I would have been better off self representing myself. I made the error of sticking with them because I was afraid to spend thousands more to start over with another firm, in the end this cost me way more (monetarily and with the damages they did to my case) than I would have ever spent if I had moved to a good firm. I actually was convinced for a long time I was being scammed, that is how bad this firm was...regrettably I found they are a legit law firm. Do yourself a favor and ignore the marketing of any law firm you choose and instead find one with solid reviews and a good reputation. We hit a topic that me and my co petitioner could not agree on and instead of discussing options and trying to find alternatives Heather decided to tell me what needs to be done instead of giving any options in writing. When I disagreed upon the terms we were discussing for the parental plan at least for the time being it felt like she turned into a private attorney for the other party in my opinion.
