They were very quick to ask for money (an insane amount compared to other places but they were promising a quick case closure.) very quick to ask for all our paperwork, ID's and everything the first time we sat down. After that, BOOM, NOTHING. We spoke to multiple different assistant that had us send the same paperwork multiple times to PERSONAL EMAILS and when I would call back they would say they didn't have any of it and that person no longer worked there (again, multiple times). After 7 months of calling to make our payments and being told there was "no update" on our case, I asked for a case number from USIS (something you receive as soon as your paperwork is sent in) 3 WEEKS of me calling everyday and them saying "we will call you back later" until i showed up to there office and sat there until someone gave me an explanation. Waited for 1.5hs to try and speak to my lawyer (who i have not met to this day), was told by the office manager that he would look up my case and find out what was going on. Come to find out NOTHING WAS EVER SENT IN and once again we were asked for ALLLLLLLLLLL our paperwork. At this point we had been promised our case would have been basically closed and nothing had been done. fast forward 3 months later and we have yet to sit down with our lawyer. we were told we would be meeting with Cristine in July and it is MID AUGUST. They sent up the free consultation withing one week but all of a sudden are soooooooooo busy they can't even call back or have a meeting with a PAYING CLIENT. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.
