The first appointment that I had with them, they were able to fix one of the electrical issues with…read moremy RV, and identify one other issue as well. Unfortunately, they did not close everything up that they had opened and unscrewed the first time. My septic line was dismounted from the bottom of the toy hauler, screws and washers that were supposed to retain my LED light strips had not been returned to their place, so when I came back to them, asking them to come back here to finish their job, they did, but they also charged me $249 to do it. As a former small business owner myself (farrier) if I didn't finish a job one day, I definitely came back to finish it the next day, and I sure did not charge them to finish the work that I was supposed to do the first time. According to the invoice, they charged me $199 to add a few extra screws on top of returning everything the way that it was before they came out the first time, and $40 for fuel. In my opinion, the only thing I should've paid for is the $40 in fuel. I communicated how I felt about this invoice, and they did not budge at all. I'm a bit disappointed to say the least. The only advice I would give future customers is that you ensure they finish the work they started before they leave so that you aren't stuck with a second invoice for things they should've completed the first time around.

First of all I want to let anyone and everyone know how great this company is. I live in Colorado…read moreand needed work completed in Gillette Wyoming for my husband's family. We really did not know who to call so I went online and found Built Wright homes and I am so happy that Joe and his team took over from there. I needed to have a roof and siding done on a mobile home that my sister in law owns in Gillette. This was quite an undertaking since she is somewhat special and had no idea how to get her home fixed. I contacted Joe and he took it from there. I explained what was going on and his patience with her put her at ease. Every step of the way so far has been great. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. From the estimate, going to the home, choosing colors, getting the check and following through. I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing and siding needs. Since I am in Colorado he has kept me in the loop with the process and has gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for all of the help and kindness that you and your company have shown.

I called numerous repair places and no one was able to repair it before our departure. I contacted Josh and he was able to get the arm two days after we arrived in Dubois Wy, he came by and replaced the awning arm. The arm was the one with the motor. All the repair places in TX wanted to replace the whole arm (including the motor). Josh was able to get the arm without the motor, replace the arm using the original motor which saved me $350. I really appreciated Josh's punctuality. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That trait is really hard to find now days.
