The service is pleasant, prompt,and caring. We were seated right away, with waiters speaking several languages (including italian, importantly!). The menu seemed limited but included other seasonal items. The open kitchen invited us to watch as the pizza dough was formed and tossed. We chose the quattro formaggio, and enjoyed it. Overall, we found this restaurant a reminder that Texel, for all its focus on tourism, retains its moments of authenticity. We would certainly go back!
