As my journey ends with braces , I would like to thank everyone at the iSmiles on Park ave (Yonkers) location for all their hard work. First let me say I'm EXTREMELY particular with who and how I spend my money. This has been the best orthodontist I've been to and I've been to many. My wait time was short and to me that speaks volumes. They weren't just overbooking patients. They have toothbrushes for you to brush your teeth if you need to before your visit, which is a great bonus. The rooms are open but incredibly clean. Best technology for invisalign, which is what I'm doing. Maribel helped me get started with my attachments and first trays, she was great! I live in Westchester and I work in Brooklyn so my options for orthodontists were huge but I will try out my way to go here for everything I've stated above. You wont be disappointed. read more

Let me start off by saying i was very weary of coming here when i saw the yelp reviews. But they are so mixed that i gave it a shot. I called in and they were so pleasant on the phone explaining everything that would happen at our consultation. My kids and i came in ( family of 4) and right away were treated as if we were being greeted into our family's home. They made everything so fast and simple by filling out forms before coming in that when i got here i was able to spend time with the doctor more than i had expected. What a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly from phone call to the moment we left. We called for a consultation luckily we were seen the same day. When it was determined that our son needed braces we were shown the type of braces he could use and for the duration of time he needed them. We were then explained our financial responsibility which is usually the scary part but they were very professional and calming with that and explained how they would work with us from beginning to end. All in all a great experience I would recommend this office to anyone that is looking for an orthodontist. read more

My husband called today to make a first time appointment for our son. Not only were they friendly but they accommodated for our son to be seen today. There was plenty of parking. From the moment I went to the counter to check our son is the receptionist greeted me with a smile and was extremely friendly. She even knew my son's name by me just saying "hi my son is here for the first time". Everyone that handled my son's care were amazing. If you're looking for a great smile, you should definitely call them up for a consult! The staff makes you feel extremely welcome, and they are friendly along funny. Everyone treats one another very kind and has great customer service. The staff is extremely informative with my son's treatment. Dr. Nabipour is very chill and laid-back but also explains everything thoroughly. In this office, they have many assistants who are all great, but my son is usually always attended by Lisett. My daughter got braces last week and Kenia walked me through the whole process. She was so so patient. We had a few phone conversations beforehand and I had her on the phone for 10 minutes. She never rushed me off the phone. We had been to two other orthodontist consults and chose Ismile at the end. Everyone there is great! Very nice environment, the staff is always pleasant. I hate waiting when going anywhere and it's always a smooth and quick visit. My oldest son had his braces there and now my youngest is going to have the most beautiful smile just like her big brother. I am so happy with their service. I have been a patient at ismile for almost 3 years now and I'm excited to say I'm getting them off soon! They have been very attentive every time I go and usually very quick. Went in today with a chipped front tooth and Dr. Newman and his assistant Margie cleaned and fixed it right up. It's looking brand new! Very professional and they fixed it in under 10 minutes.
