I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. I trusted the owner of this establishment Took down my review. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday. Dr stein said I have patinent and I am busy this weekend can I call you next week. I he said "trust me" I did and you failed. I then asked him why would someone change my ex husbands address. his excuse was they were updated the computer system. well the computer system doesnt change addresses by themselves do they? and that is also why my bill wasnt cleared mmmmm well it took off 200 and gave it to my ex husband. what a excuse.

Didn't get a call till 4:40 PM so went to the office in person to get the prescription. Was told that the doctor is busy back to back and that I'm not the only person waiting. They will let me know when the doctor is available and if they will issue a refill. We are talking about Fluoride Toothpaste here not opioids! They called close to 5 PM saying as a one-time courtesy they will refill. However, going forward I will have to make a checkup appointment with the doctor only after that they will give me a toothpaste refill. So essentially, I need to see the doctor every month. This is in addition to my routine 6 month visits where they confirmed 2 months ago that my Oral health is just fine. Never had this experience with any other dentist.

I absolutely have zero regrets with my decision with Dr Kundel. He is great. I will take pics of my progress before and after when I can. But I thought I had to write this soon. I became so confident as a person after my treatment with Dr Kundel. I did not experience what the others experienced where he was in any way rude or abusive. I always felt that I was under his care and his concern. I don't care what the old reviews say. But Dr Kundel saved my face. After being if my last dental office for 2 years, I knew I needed to make a change and asked my co-worker about his dental office. I made my first appointment with Comprehensive Dental this past May, and just had my second cleaning yesterday. The office is located on the fourth floor and is on the right hand side once you exit the elevator. There's free parking, and a lot of it, I never had an issue. The closest spots to the elevator within the parking lot are towards the back. The waiting area is pretty nice, very bright and clean. They usually decorate for each of the holidays. Of the 3 times I have been here, I only waited 10 minutes on my second appointment and 5 on my third. So make sure you're not late for your appointment since they are very punctual. My dental hygienist is Brittany and my dentist is Dr. Ohlson. Brittany does a pretty good job with the cleaning, but again take this with a grain of salt, since I had 3 years worth of bad cleanings. She's also pretty helpful by questioning and recommending ways to improve my oral hygiene. If anything she's also a good conversationalist so it makes the appointment go by pretty quickly. Dr. Ohlson, is an older gentlemen and wears these glasses with some extra lens extension. He basically looks like a cross between Doc Brown from Back to the Future and a cartoon character with the eyes popping out like a machine. It makes me giggle inside whenever I see the eyeglass contraption he has. Anyways he's a nice doctor and also very helpful. It didn't match the color of my teeth (which are in excellent shape and have great natural color. I decided to attempt another practice after the year was up. My new dentist asked me "when did the dentist finish school". As she picked it off and gave me a new filling. The new filling is hard to find, see and can't be noticed by me when I clean my teeth.
