the most horrific experience. went in on the last day of a promotion to get an upgrade. first off…read morethey didnt even know what the promotion was about, then took the girl almost 2hrs to setup my account as she kept screwing up. there was 4 people in line waiting one other girl on her phone texting other girl hiding in the back. when i get my phone its got the wrong name on it. was setup for my middle name now i have to spend time on the phone waiting for telus pathetic customer service to resolve this. do everything in your power to avoid these lazy "customer service: reps. if it wasnt the last day of this promo i would have definitely gone elsewhere to a place where they knew what they were doing. ps: one more thing they lie about everything. i was conned into their $69 fee which was supposed to give me better pricing on stuff i bought in store. charged my $80 for an otterbox symmetry for my new phone they told me it was $10 off retail. when i got home and looked it up its only $50 all over amazon. scammers and rip off artists

Highly recommended if you need to move anything from your house or getting a big item delivered from the store that cost you almost double the amount of the item you purchased.

After several phone conversations and several discussions about my belongings, being concerned…read moreabout my antiques and heavy items, they insisted that they knew how to move a one-bedroom, even though I recommended that they come and look at my belongings. They insisted that this was not an unusual move, so therefore a visit from them was not necessary. Several weeks before the actual move date, I had mentioned to them I had many many boxes packed and was concerned about the size of the truck. Once again, they reassured me that it would be fine as they had much experience. Moving day had arrived. Many neighbours noticed that boxes were being dropped. Furniture blankets were not being used. And I felt the truck was too small. Yes, the truck was indeed too small. Furniture and boxes looked like a sardine can. Some furniture had to be left behind, as well as several boxes. My outdoor planters were cracked, and this was before I reached my destination. The day of arrival of my furniture, more surprises were bound to happen. Some antiques were broken and scratched, and they showed no respect for wooden antiques. It took longer than I was quoted, and they demanded $1,600 over my quote, saying that it took longer than it should have done. These are just a few comments of my experience which I hope prevents someone else from using this company, as no reimbursement or consideration to my feelings and sadness except a $50 deduction that they felt was more than acceptable. I did complain several weeks over the phone, but to no avail. This is the worse moving company I have ever experienced. Be aware of what is said, what is quoted and what is actually being done.
