The store was busy, yet I still left feeling relieved for a drop off I had been nervous to do. The staff moves swiftly, but not in a rushing way! A+ customer service.

I requested a sweater designed with a video game for a birthday gift and was pleased with the process it took to complete it. I appreciated the question of permission to use designs outside their database for the protection of artists and their copyright, especially with the current climate of AI feeding on stolen artwork. They were timely and provided incredible customer service. When the initial design came back the colours were duller than I expected and they did a second pass to increase vibrancy free of charge.
