very nice quaint setting and warm atmosphere. Misinformation about pricing lead me to ask for clarification from the owner who was dismissive and non helpful. I reviewed her business and immediately following my review, called me then my daughter to ban us from all of the stores ... for a less than perfect review. I am offended and had no plans of returning .

I had an AMAZING experience at Island Wellness today! I was looking for a blend of recovery and relaxation services for after my AM workout but was unsure of what to book. I called and Casey, the owner, helped to custom plan my experience. She started me off with a super chill session in the salt cave. It was FREEZING cold outside so the heated mat draped on my zero gravity chair made everything feel jussssssssst right. My airways were nice and open afterwards. The glowing crystals, my CBD lollipop, and gentle meditative music put me in the perfect headspace to enjoy my next experience, the infared sauna. Oh. My. God. I loved this one. I tapped into my inner lizard and basked in the warmth. I'm not sure what it is about the infared light, but I didn't get overly hot like in a traditional sauna. I just felt relaxed and could spend enough time in there to actually feel my muscles thanking me. The sauna was half of the Fire and Ice combo, which I had hesitations of signing up for since the "ice" referred to the cryo chamber which went down to negative 300 degrees or something crazy!!! But with some words of encouragement from Casey and her team I can honestly say Yes! I DID IT! I DID CRYOTHERAPY!!! It was awesome. Cooler than a polar bears toenails for sure. My skin tingled INTENSELY afterwards from the increased circulation. What a weird and wonderful feeling. Certainly one not to be missed! In short if you are into fitness (or even if you're not), RUN, don't walk to Island Wellness. Would definitely recommend....

I really don't know what to give this place for a rating because I am not sure if it takes a lot of visits to have an effect but the only effect that I got from this visit was my sinuses burning. We went upstairs to a room that had salt all over the floor and had kind of a funky relaxing atmosphere. We chose the two seats that was heated and there was one other one which was the max allowed in the room but that one was empty. We sat in the chairs and music was playing. It was kind of nice music, very relaxing and that's all we did. We sat in those seats for 45 minutes and I really don't know what was supposed to happen except as I said my sinuses were burning afterwards. We were very relaxed when we left there but we pretty much had taken a 45 minute nap. I can't say that I didn't enjoy it because I did enjoy sitting relaxing and listening to music. As far as health benefits I think that remains to be seen and as I said may take more visits than one. It was interesting though that they had so many other types of wellness machines like cryotherapy and halo therapy to offer as well as others that I had never heard of but looked interesting. I took one of their brochure so I could check into those. It was interesting and I'm glad I went but I don't know that I'll go again

I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. Again, my primary care doc is all on board with Dr. Petteruti's treatments. Big box medicine addresses symptoms in a wack -a- mole methodology. Dr. Petteruti addresses the root cause to help you be heathy.

I had been a 'Botox vagrant' for about a year after my longtime provider left RI. I tried other providers who were delivering poor results and/or had (borderline) predatory pricing. Online booking was very simple & straightforward, which I prefer to calling in for an appointment. I arrived at the office first thing the morning of my appointment & found it to be clean, discreet & well appointed. Upon my initial consultation, Stephanie listened carefully & thoughtfully to my concerns & proposed a multi step treatment plan to accomplish my goals while remaining sensitive to the costs involved, too. At this initial consultation I happened to mention some unrelated symptoms I had been dealing with. Stephanie suggested I get my hormone levels checked because my symptoms were indicative of a hormonal imbalance. Stephanie was willing to write the order to have the requisite labs drawn, something neither my PCP or GYN had been willing to do to date. My symptoms had gone largely dismissed by my healthcare team for several years, which was incredibly frustrating. Sure enough, when the results came back, I was depleted in necessary hormones that correlated with the symptoms I was experiencing. Stephanie discussed BHRT therapy with me & I elected to begin treatment last month. Thanks to Stephanie's compassion & timely diagnosis I am looking & feeling better than I have in several years. Agape has earned my loyalty & trust 10X over. I've had the Pico laser, Botox & Sottopelle therapy thus far. I have booked an appointment for Yag laser with Brianna this upcoming week in Warwick. I cannot overstate how thankful I am to have found a competent & capable medi-spa that truly listens to their patients, while delivering the highest quality care. Thank you Agape!

If you had told me a year ago that I would be writing a raving review for a medical weight loss…read moreclinic, I would have acused you of speaking crazy bunk. But here I am. And you saw my face. And I said, "Yeah, I'm a believah." Medi Weightloss Clinics. Didn't know a whole lot about it. When I drove by, it conjured up the thought of the commercials that promise to get you high-school skinny. (If I ever get there, I did save a pair of my sweet Guess? jeans with zippers on the ankles...I digress.) Then I ran into a girlfriend at work who I hadn't seen in ages. She was always cute, but now she was rocking a smoking new figure. As any gal would, I asked the secret to her new found hot body. She told about Medi and her 30 pound weight loss in four months. Right?! As a mom who had churned out three younguns in 7 years, I had a few extra .lbs to spare. I was intersted. Then - I checked the price. Totally out of my range. Something like $300 for the very first visit. Not in the budget. Living Social was my saving grace. They offered up a super great deal just prior to Thanksgiving and I jumped on it. Who diets DURING the holidays?! Me. I am a beast that enjoys a challenge. Let me be clear. This plan requires extreme mental preparedness and discipline. The first couple of days, I told my husband that I literally could have gnawed off my own forearm. It is a very restrictive caloric diet regimen to start. But once through the first week, it's been smooth sailing. I was very motivated as I was staring down the barrel of a milestone birthday and I wanted to shed my weight as a present to myself. Mission accomplished. The support is great. The starter supplements work. And I really don't think I could stick to it without the prescription for the suppresant in the beginning. Here's the thing...I am now outside the deal that I bought. I am plunking down 70 beans a week. I am invested. Don't dig into this plan unless you plan on doin' it. It will be a big, fat waste of cash. But - if you are ready. REALLY ready. I would say that this place is worth a try. They give you a full medical check-up upfront (blood work, EKG, etc.) to make sure you are ready for the program. I like that. I have done Weight Watchers which is super effective IF you follow the program and attend weekly meetings. I just don't have the time to track and to carve out an hour and a half for a feel-good session. NutriSystem. Gross. I like food too much to eat that stuff they mail you. I am at a weight that has been out of reach for me for a while. I am done with my child-bearing years and it feels good to have my body back. Not high-school skinny. But pretty rockin' it for forty. I'm digging it.
