She never made me feel uncomfortable, she was friendly and a good distraction from any nerves I was feeling. I even showed up with half exfoliated skin, because what I thought was a good exfoliator wasn't and it made for a rough application. But Courtney worked with it and it ended up being flawless. There were absolutely no streaks and I felt so bad for not coming prepared appropriately with clean exfoliated skin. She didn't show any amount of frustration towards me in regards to having to make so many adjustments to my tan. She worked with it and absolutely nailed it.
