Savannah answered all of my emails and questions same day or first thing the next morning & I SO appreciated her warmth since I find these types of things stressful. The estimate was higher than my budget so I asked them to find it a good home. Then I had a software issue (technically bios) and everything was fine. They fixed it! But then there was a hardware issue. It's been more than 6 months. Last time I asked for an update, I got no callback. I showed up today and they knew me by name and gave me the runaround. I was patient, but now I'm expecting resolution. No fix, no fee, but what about when it's been 6+ months and no contact since October? I will be the first to admit that I'm bad at answering phone calls but if it takes more than 6 months to resolve a software issue... It's a good computer too. When I dropped it off, my work computer held me over. Now that I don't have a job, they are hurting me financially.

I didn't even get all the way through the door when the lady ( I use that term loosely, ) at the counter lit into me. " We can't take that here, that's a ground shipment. See the G on your package? See the E on those boxes on the floor, that's for express, we only take express packages here. You'll have to take that to the airport, that's the only place that will take ground shipments, so don't even try anywhere else. " she then proceeded to give me instructions to the fedex facility at the airport. I never did get more than halfway through the door. I was so shocked at the rude treatment I didn't even reply. I just left. Packed my box back to my car. So much for Aloha. Unbelievably rude and condescending. Not heeding her advice, I took the box to Office Max. They couldn't have been any nicer, and contrary to the Copy Post Plus witch, they were happy to take my shipment. Very nice people at Office Max.
