The friendly owner showed us what he had available and explained the main dishes: garlic chicken, chicken adobo, orange chicken, and a couple of others. We ended up with two orders of the chicken adobo and one garlic chicken, which four adults and two kids enjoyed. Each entree came with pancit, white rice and 3 beef lumpia. It was a lot of food, as the owner informed us. We took our take out meals to the nearby park to eat on a sunny fall day. Delicious! We had leftovers too. read more

This place is AMAZING! The service, the food, everything about it is good. Ive only visited 2 times and both times were not a disappointment. Thought they were completely sold out the first time I went, I was still greeted and showed kindness. The 2nd time I went, I was having a horrible day. I was greeted with kindness and empathy. I ordered my delicious meal to-go and got a little bit extra than I anticipated. It made my morning so much better! If you like a taste of the pacific islands and support a local business, this place is the way to go. But heads up! Come a little early before 11am, islands cuisine sells out for lunch for the shipyard workers! That's how good they are! read more

Great little spot right outside the ferry terminal! I was lucky enough to stop by and get some very flavorful pork adobo. A generous serving of perfectly cooked, tender, pork adobo definitely made me nostalgic for my mom's cooking. The lumpia is crispy and delicious. You will not be disappointed! First time going and got the orange chicken plate. I was hungry and wanted something different. This place looked promising until I took my first bite. Then second, and third... the rice was cooked too wet and every single piece of chicken was so dry. Dry as in hard and not edible. I was hungry but decided to throw it away so I didn't break my teeth. Feels like a waste throwing it away after a few bites. Maybe it was a bad batch but everything tasted like sloppy cooking fit for a cafeteria. I had high hopes since it's a short walk for lunch. Maybe I'll try again in a year. read more

This is a legit Filipino mom and pop food stand and you can tell from the filipino mom in the kitchen making the food. They don't have a lot of choices because it's a small restaurant with no seating, but what they do offer is solid. My mom tried the adobo chicken and rice and she liked it but my mom says her own is better, lol, and yeah, every Filipino mom's adobo is better because it's made for their own tastes. They fried up some lumpia fresh but they didn't have pancit ready because all the dockworkers who love this place cleaned them out and it was just around 10:30am. Don't just drop by here unless you are in the vicinity. Check their Facebook page to make sure they aren't closed the day you want to come by. They are good about updating it. read more

Easy to order from Yelp/Door Dash. The food arrived hot & delicious. I got a notification that it was going to be ten more minutes later, after ordering, but then it arrived ten minutes early. The noodles & lumpia were yum! The dipping sauce had a bit of spice. The teriyaki chicken tasted good but not like what I think of; it was dark, saucey, small pieces that weren't like chopped. A great place for a quick bite for lunch! This is the spot in Bremerton if you are craving for some decent Filipino food. There is usually no line so you will get your food fast. The service there is good. Friendly and with a smile on their face. I usually get the same combo every time I go there. My favorite so far is their lumpia. I'm always a fan of lumpia, egg roll, something fried. Their food tasted decent, not the best Filipino food I had but its a quick grab for lunch so who cares. They do serve a large portion of food and its very affordable for those who are on tight budget. $10 under!!! Heard this was an excellent pit stop at the Ferry, and a pit stop for hungry Navy personnel. The most BOMB Lumpia I have ever eaten! I am from SoCal, and yet, none of the Lumpia I've eaten with my Pinoy/Pinay rocked as good as these! Meaty, flavorful, dense, wrapped perfectly, just the right size for dipping- they are highly addicting! It is a family place, a little boy was doing his homework while the mother prepared our order to go. Such a nice woman, friendly and articulate. I placed an order here through Postmates, I don't get a long lunch break and the walk is about 10 minutes from my office. Unplaced the order ans it said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I arrived not only was my order not ready, it wasn't even started, the staff seemed confused, and the cleanliness was a bit suspect (no gloves on hands, wiping their faces (etc.). After having them tell me that what I ordered wasn't available or ready I just canceled the order and left... I give everyone a chance and the ratings were good, but this wasn't a great experience... maybe it was a one off but I doubt I will be going back. read more

Came here for a work lunch. Nice spot on the corner by the ferry. Definitely must come back! Not expensive with big portions and larger than normal lumpia. Food was great and the girl was by herself working really hard to get the food out. We didn't wait long, she was lovely. read more

i love the lumpia here, its meaty and delicious, not like other lumpia which are barely an appetizer full of just veggies and filler. the other dishes taste familiar and are a comfort food for those away from the islands. prices are cheap and servings are generous, food is usually fresh and hot. i always see them prepping and cooking more food whenever i come by to pick up my order. read more

Weird hours sometimes, closes early sometimes (from personal experience) other than that it's pretty good food, there kung pao chicken and orange chicken is really good, lumpia also. The pancit is alright. Would get it though. Nicely located close to the ferry, great place to pick up food and then go home from Seattle. read more

This pinoy restaurant is right across the Hampton Inn and the ferry boat terminal. The lumpia, adobo and pansit dishes are divine! :) The owner who runs the place is very friendly, and gives out generous helpings of tasty food. We are now loyal "sukis"! (frequent customers in tagalog. :) read more

Definitely large portions so can't complain if you are hungry. I got the pork adobo plate that included their pancit and 3 lumpia. Overall flavor was OK, just little bland for me. The rice was a little too sticky like they may have cooked it with a little too much water. I'd probably go there again if I was in the area and craved Filipino food. read more

I'm a little late on posting this review, but I can't say enough good things about this place! I ordered lunch through GrubHub. When the driver got there he was told he would need to wait a few minutes for my order. He was incredibly rude to the lady working and said "whatever" and just left. She called me to let me know what happened and I wasn't sure what to do. It was my first time using GrubHub (and probably my last time). We got off the phone and I messaged the driver asking what was going on (no response) and she called him (no response). She called me back and said she would close the restaurant and deliver my meal to me herself. I said she didn't have to do that, but she did anyway. She actually closed the restaurant to deliver my meal to me when what had happened was not her fault at all! I was shocked that she was willing to do that for a customer. It really made my day! Aside from that, the food was AMAZING! I got the orange chicken meal that came with rice, pancit, and lumpia. It was probably the best orange chicken I've ever had and everything else was great too! I highly recommend this restaurant based on the delicious food and the excellent customer service! read more

The lumpia was very greasy and almost black it was so burnt. The Adobo was very salty and dry. This was delivered, i have to believe if the restaurant had been open for dine in there is no way this would have been served to someone. I have been trying to support at least 1 local business a week and was very excited to try this place based on all the positive reviews, but all in my family agreed we won't be back. read more

According to their website, they have changed their menu. I…read morefound that they have a strong Korean influence. I am Korean so it was a nice surprise to find the kind of dishes I grew up eating. I went with my favorite, bibimbap (not hot stone). The portion was surprisingly large. The gochujang sauce want as spicy as I like, but that's a personal taste. I enjoyed the food and look forward to trying some of my other favorites.
