They produce their own cows and vegetables, everything is fresh and no chemicals / GMO. By far, my favorite place to have meat in BA. The asado is so tender! After ordering meat, sides, dessert and wine, you can expect to pay around US$10 per person. Great deal!! Service is outstanding and everything is clean (even though some foreign people may be dubious at first). Argentine or not, you need to check this place out!
