The fries were delicious, they have some sort of seasoning that I cannot pinpoint. I feel like it is curry powder...despite being an Arab establishment. That being said, everything was extremely oily and salty. I did do delivery which resulted in everything being a mess. The oil ripped through the bag and the meat was coming out of the shawarma as it unraveled. I do believe my experience could have been any better if I dined-in. I am super disappointed - I was hoping this spot would be my meat fix for my trip but I will not be reordering. I wish them luck and want for them to do better by better delivery packaging! The only thing that really ties together the tasting menu are the seasonal ingredients. My favorites from the tasting menu were the smoked oyster, duck magret, and the simple cherry dessert. No wow factor unlike most Michelin restaurants I have been make me think World's Top 50 grades on a curve. Service is good but I get annoyed that they leave bread crumbs between dishes.
