The house did get torn down with very minimal damage to the neighboring building. Actually, there was no damage reported to the building, but some communication wires had been disturbed in the process. Considering that everything was extremely close together, I think that Andy did an excellent job. Before submitting the balance of the payment, I did speak with the City Inspector to make sure that he had no fault or concern regarding the job. His only comment was that he cannot sign off on the permit until the ground is graded, that the soil was much too lumpy. Not a problem, most of this has been taken care of.
