Isabella has come to our house to care for our two cats on numerous occasions. Our cats love her and we do too! She's accommodating, trustworthy, and loves animals, and her background in professional pet care gives me the confidence that she knows what to do if there were an emergency. We usually call on Isabella's services when we're away for a weekend or a holiday. She feeds the cats, plays with them and makes sure their needs are taken care of. Our cats are on a pretty regimented feeding schedule, and Isabella was willing to work with this, making sure that she came around the same time each day so that their routine wasn't interrupted. She sends us cute pictures of the kitties (she's really good at this! I don't know how she gets them to pose) and the cats are always very cheerful when we come home. She's also good at dealing with unexpected situations. When somebody hocked a hairball up on the rug, she was on top of it, cleaning up the mess so we didn't have to deal with it when we got home. Not a glamorous part of the job, but she let us know about the situation immediately and didn't hesitate to help. I'd recommend Isabella to anyone. Details: Bella was originally scheduled to start sitting for us on a Tuesday, but due to unforeseen circumstances (read: kitty UTI) we asked her to adjust to start sitting on Monday AND be able to administer our kitty's last round of oral medication. She adjusted without a hitch, which really helped ease our concerns! She also continued to monitor our kitty's health throughout the visit to ensure the symptoms were not returning.
