I was told that because my system was outdated, repairs would be difficult or impossible. Crystal right out said that's not true and the electrical panel could be replaced, connected me with an electrician and resolved my issue. Her husband Levin came to check the system. Everything is now working perfectly. I highly recommend this company. They're wee upfront and honest.

He was patient with me as I explained my issue over the phone and was able to inform me that our washer could still be used even before they got to fixing that. They are always good and fair with their pricing and as always are happy to entertain my questions (like me asking where our water shutoff valve is and them showing me where it was.)

Hired Mr. Cyr to install/replace my new gas range. He told me to tell him when the company was…read morethere to deliver it and he would come over to do the install. I texted him when they were here but it took him several hours after to respond to me. When he came it was a very informal interaction. We chit chatted while he did the installation, including replacing the anti-tip bracket. It only took him about 15 minutes to install it all. He was also nice enough to give me a veteran's discount! At the time of this review he just left the house so I cannot speak to the longevity of his work, but the stove works currently. If anything changes I will update this review. Pros: Did the job for less than the major appliance store installers charge! Friendly demeanor, discount for being a veteran. Cons: Difficult to get a hold of and didn't commit to time given. Overall I would definitely recommend Ken for jobs where you don't have a very strict time frame for him to be on site. Luckily I work from home so it worked out for me. If I had needed him to be here when the delivery company was so I could return back to work afterward I would have been far more upset with him not being here when he said he would.

First off...I'm not in San Fran...Im in Middleboro, MA. I called in to inquire about septic…read moreservices after this company came highly recommended by a Facebook post I had put up in a town page. When I had called, the person I spoke to WAS nice. The customer service was good. My problem is that when I called, I covered 3 major points as follows... 1) I JUST bought my new house in August 2024. 2) This is precautionary as I don't know when the last time the tank was pumped. 3) I have NEVER in my 45 years lived in or dealt with a septic system. I am completely ignorant on this topic. I was assured I was doing the right thing and we scheduled an appointment. I was EVEN assured that it was better to be safe that sorry. I WILL say this. The gentleman who came out was prompt, he was courteous, and professional. He did a really good job as far as I could tell. Where this falls apart is in the time waiting for the service appointment I discovered that in the town I live in, when a TitleV inspection is done a pump must be done with the inspection. I did mention above that I am admittedly ignorant of these things. Not wanting to just take second hand information, I contacted my town's Health Department which unfortunately couldn't get back to me before my service appointment. When I called to make my payment, the first question I asked was "Does the town of Middleboro require a system to be pumped for the completion of the TitleV certification?" She knew RIGHT away without hesitation; and answered assuredly. I then expressed my disappointment in the situation stating that I feel taken advantage of as a new customer. I told the woman EXACTLY what was covered in my conversation while initially inquiring about services and setting up the appointment. I explicitly talked about ALL three points above with the original woman. There was ZERO effort on their part to take any responsibility whatsoever. Just "It wasn't me" (event though it sounded like the same person I talked to previously). She just kept calling it a miscommunication and when I called to set up the appointment I should have covered these items. I expressed multiple times I did and I felt that as the PROFESSIONALS they should have better guided a new customer, especially having the knowledge I expressed to them. She never even attempted to work with me. No small percentage off. No "just cover the cost of our disposal." Nothing. I told her that I would be leaving a review of this experience where I can, and would never work with them again if this was their stance (placing it all on me). It didn't seem to phase her whatsoever. And that's their prerogative. It wasn't miscommunication. I communicated clearly, they either just didn't listen, or didn't care. But what I will not except is ignorance of the ability to leverage what I said to my benefit, and not theirs. If they had just been honest, and told me to wait because it was just done...I would have 1000% used them BECAUSE of their honestly and they would have gained a customer for life. Now, they have $353 more dollars and I'd never use or recommend them to anyone. I wasn't looking for a free handout. I would not do business with these folks if you have other options. Its nothing personal.
