We just had a rocker that had seen better days reupholstered here. During the shutdown, I decided to redo our kitchen barstools. They were stained and about 20 years old. I emailed Isaac's and told them what I wanted. They had the sample books outside waiting for me they next day. After going through a few books, I chose what I wanted. They quoted a price, ordered it and then picked up the stools at my house. They were finished is a couple of days and dropped back off. They are beautiful. Isaac's was a dream to work with and I got another thing checked off my list during the shutdown. I brought in two old chairs I couldn't bear to part with, due to sentimental value. I was supported in finding the perfect fabric. The designers were patient, despite my indecision. My chairs were finished just before my guests arrived for the Holidays, as I had requested. I couldn't believe how quickly they were completed and how beautiful they looked. I am very pleased with my first experience at Isaac's reupholstering a small living room chair I had assistance with fabric selection, fabric arrived quickly, chair was picked up promptly, and the turnaround to receive the chair back was remarkably quick. The reupholstery is done nicely - seams are matched well and the welting, and fabric pleating is done very nicely. First and foremost the customer service is excellent! That being said, the work is perfection. I am more than happy. I gave a fairly short time frame to finish my chairs and they were done early. The fabrics are high quality, to the point of luxurious. I took in some dogs.. my husband's 30 year old wing chair and old rocker I bought at an antique shop for $14. My first upholstery experience.; I chose Isaac's after consulting 2 other sources. I wanted to update an 80's swivel rocker, with solid color and removing back cushion buttons.
