Our pond is seven years old; it is clean, the fish are healthy and active, our waterfall is easy to maintain and runs 100% of the time (even with this January's cold snap) and the auto-fill functions perfectly. Were we to need to expand or rebuild any aspect of our pond, we would have First State Pond do the design and do the work. Finally, compared to other pond services we have had over the years, their prices are extremely fair (often less costly than the competition).

If that wasn't enough, he then became combative when I mentioned an alternative material to use simply because it was less expensive. He didn't go into why it wouldn't work, just repeatedly defended his pricing. Mind you this was for wood paneling which there are about a hundred different options...he didn't even mention which type of wood he wanted to use or go over finishes. He had no clue what he was talking about, only that his price was right and I was wrong for suggesting an alternative. I would never sign a contract with him. If anything went wrong, he would lie through his teeth. He's a law suit waiting to happen. The design work is beautiful as is the craftsmanship. It's a shame to have such a bad owner. Do better Chris.
