Art Of Estates

Navigating a parent's estate is never easy or fun. When my dad (a professional artist) passed away…read moreand our attorney suggested an appraisal (of hundreds of pieces), we had a million questions. Brady was amazing and helped tremendously, even suggesting that perhaps we didn't actually need the appraisals. In the end, we didn't, but even so, he was more than willing to talk through it, take a look, share his expertise, and help me figure out the best approach. His willingness to help even though we ultimately didn't need his services showed he's not just in this to make money. He had our best interests in mind, and we're grateful. When we DO need anything like this in the future, we will be more than confident going to him for help.

We made a family decision to call some appraisers to provide clarity on the property. Mr. Dreasher was the only appraiser who answered the phone and was ready to talk about our situation. Upon arrival he greeted and introduced himself with business cards and addressed how we should go about making the process fast and efficient for everyone, knowing that we were still in grieving mode. He identified items we had questions about and then more noteworthy artworks and antiques for which he was able to provide restoration concerns and an estimates of value. In the end we only needed a few items formally appraised with a report, but having a knowledgeable person who gave us confidence in the appraisal process was just what our family needed at the time. Big Thanks!

Hi my name is David T…read more My experience with the Law Offices of Deidra N. Haynes has been nothing but positive so far. From the very beginning, they were helpful, understanding, and accommodating to my situation. They responded to me quickly, took the time to address my concerns, and got right to work setting up our first meeting. As a father trying to find someone to represent me, I can honestly say the process has been discouraging. It's not easy feeling like you have to fight just to be heard or taken seriously when all you want is a fair chance to be the father your children deserve. After reaching out to several places, I was starting to lose hope. But after speaking with the Law Offices of Deidra N. Haynes, I finally felt like I was moving in the right direction. My case is still in the early stages, so I know there's a long road ahead, but I haven't felt this optimistic in a while. Just having someone listen to my situation, understand where I'm coming from, and make me feel like my concerns actually matter means a lot to me. I would definitely recommend the Law Offices of Deidra N. Haynes, especially to other fathers who may be going through a similar situation and feeling discouraged. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find the right representation, and sometimes all you need is someone willing to hear you out and give you a reason to believe things can get better. I'm grateful for the experience I've had with this office so far, and I'm looking forward to what comes next

Complete waste of time, energy, and waste of your money. Please be careful as If you are disabled…read moresince they will take advantage of you. Make sure they are working on what you want and not with opposing clients' work. After hiring them for 6+ months nothing was completed. Since I was fired nothing for the entire time, they were representing me nothing was completed and my own lawyer wouldn't believe anything I said, typed, or texted. The company only knows 2 things, how to not work on your case and invoicing. Their website, worse than Windows 95, that is talked about and sold by the firm as a single source of your case information. The website is so bad that even their employee(s) won't use it be aware since there isn't ever any information on "This Law Firm's internal website". My first lawyer left without any communication. On the 2nd law firm call (Supposed to be with 1st lawyer) I was put on a call with "A Partner" and was completely surprised and zero communication. I'm sorry I am disabled and I felt pressured, coercion, and extremely rushed. After about 3 months I was pushed into the most narcissistic, liar the law firm has to offer. It should have been a red flag when on the "surprise 2nd call" I was asked do you want me to be your lawyer or not. When your own lawyer doesn't believe you and even accuses you of things you have not done. I received emails from my own lawyer threatening me, accusing me, blaming me for behavior that didn't happen. My Lawyer just believed other council without even consulting me. How can you just blame your OWN client for behavior opposing council said occurred? However I can prove many times over how the opposing council is a lied with impunity (Court, Police, almost all government documents and or proceedings) but my own lawyer chose that I have lied, Even in kindergarten you are taught how important and how to communicate. I was with "A Partner" who cannot communicate nearest to 5%. Regardless you MUST at the very least consult with your client. So, if you want the worst communicating lawyer I have ever worked with then chose this so called firm. While opposing council took hours of my lawyers' time just to lie (100% Can proof of all lies) Instead my own lawyer didn't believe me and didn't even consult. Plus I was billed for what I already told "A Partner" on the first call that its illegal. Even after the proof, my lawyer isn't able to believe anything I say. You shouldn't be telling a "Partner" simple legal verbiage. If I acted in any way like my attorney had been acting. I would have been fired but I guess in law firms you can be a horrible person. I never listened to all the lawyer jokes. However after this "Partner" and their repulsive behavior, dozens of jokes now make sense. However, even after proving everything, helping them understand the law, and asking them to just work on my things and not opposing council and bill me and after asking 10 whole emails, 4 I think were just replying. I think 5 were new items with no action items and were prudent to a 3+ year divorce. After these (10 simple emails) I must have broke the attorney's brain. Ironically I was give a 10 day letter my council was quitting (10 Day Temper Tantrum) and still the lawyer has chosen to believe opposing council over me. Actually "A Partner" still hasn't bothered to communicate with me and a meeting as I requested. Texting should not be the primary method of communication. You have no idea from whom the text came from. Then even worse your reply text is sent to the entire law firm ( I was Told several times). Texting is a security nightmare so be aware. Complete disability abuse and taking advantage of the disabled. So if this is your pick I warned you.
