I will not ever go back. I took my 3 year old Chow Chow dog…read morein 3-8-19 because she was having a seizure. (2nd in her life) While they were very courteous and the facility was clean, I found out NOTHING as to why she was having a seizure. They asked if she could be kept there for observation. Assured me meds were waiting if she had another one. Perfect! Let's do it. About 3-4 hours later, the tech called and said they tried to draw blood, but my dog was getting very anxious and they were afraid it would trigger another seizure. Ok. I appreciate that fact. However, bloodwork is a very important part. I asked if they had given her an IV of fluids, she said no, but she will give her some water. None of that sounded "normal" to me. I mean, my dog is already there, I know they can get labs drawn, what's the problem? I called back and told them to do whatever to get the labs drawn. So, they sedated her-got labs drawn. Sent them out to be tested. Got results today 3-11-19. Thankfully her labs were normal. When I asked if they had any ideas on what was the cause, I was told they had no idea. However, if it happens again, be sure to bring her back so they can find out why. WHAT??? Why would I take her back there??? Mind you, I NEVER even saw or talked to a veterinarian in person, or on the phone. Never even saw one just walking around. Nor did I talk to the tech in person. I just don't get it. When I picked her up, I asked why sedation wasn't even offered when they called about not able to draw blood, I wasn't given an answer. They blew me off saying they were afraid it would upset her to draw labs. WHAT? Beware people. Something just ain't right here. I do believe 100%, she was treated like this because they were afraid of a Chow. Even though she is NOT aggressive in any way and is well behaved.

Brought our 7 year old German Shepherd in for treatment because he was throwing up and had bad…read morediarrhea. They said he might have Parvo. They tested him and he did have it. Even though he had just been vaccinated at the same clinic about a month prior. They quoted me a treatment plan that would take at least 2 days. I paid nearly $1000 for the treatment plan. Then they said I owed them more. They can't even vaccinate correctly. Do not trust them if you care for your furry friends at all. They will also charge more than is quoted.
