They said they would call when they had everything, and they didn't. They told me after they started working on my car, that they needed to order something else from Vancouver. Fine with me. I called two weeks later to find out how long it was going to take, and Al, the guy in charge, yelled at me! Another week passed before I finally heard from them, it cost me $1000 more than their estimate, and when I told the other guy who worked there how unimpressed I was, he kept making excuses, for things that were totally irrelevant to the fact that nobody ever told me when it was taking so long, or why apparently it's ok to yell at the people who are paying you. I am never going back here again, and you would be wise to avoid them too
