Please note: Dr. Bratt's office is no longer on Oakland Park Blvd. They have relocated to 3101 N Federal Hwy. Dr Bratt is very down to earth. In my experience he is thorough with his examinations, however, you must communicate with him if there is something specific bothering you that you feel he has not addressed. You will get the opportunity to do so every visit as he will invite you to sit down with him in his office to review everything. If you get bloodwork done, Dr. Bratt himself will call you bright and early the following morning with the results. FYI - His office has recently changed their accounting/billing system so there have been some glitches with billing that they are still working out. read more

I've already paid a bill online and had I not paid attention I would have paid the same bill twice. Not happy with this office. I called this morning to renew my bp meds, which I have been on for years and was told that I have to go in every 6 months to get my bp checked. I have NEVER done this. By the way, I asked to have Dr Bratt call me and was told no. That he doesn't own the business. The girl I was talking to was apparently the owner and I guess she screens his calls. DR. Bratts office all around circus. I had been going to this office for years now and in the beginning it was great. Dr. Bratt was ok not the best but his nurse Sherry is exceptional. As time went on Dr. Bratt took less time in my visits and wasn't helping solve health issues. I had to schedule on a Friday and seen his NP, which was an amazing visit. So I made sure to stick with her as my health changed for the better. Fast forward to my last appointment. I had booked for 8 a.m. There was no front desk staff there just the NP and her assistant. Both amazing. When came time to check out a new young lady was at the desk (Bratt can't keep the good front desk help). I was informed that I had a back balance of $5.00 yet again. I expressed simply no problem but I didn't like having a past due balance every time I come in for a new appointment. I asked for them to update my insurance info a few times in past. The girl was in the process and Marvin who thinks she's queen, prancing in and says what's your problem. Letting him know not a problem other than I wanted it so I didn't owe a back balance every time. This flamboyant queen goes off on me saying I didn't want to pay, it wasn't their fault I had this insurance etc. I tried to explain actually it WAS a problem on their end that just needed to be updated, which prior to IT coming in and throwing attitude was being taken care of. I told him he had no reason for his attitude as I was certainly willing to pay. Marvin the queen then decided to start pointing his finger in my face saying he's the office manager and he runs that place and to leave. I left in disgust, and tried to contact Bratt but him and his worthless rude front desk never got back to me. With such a horrible experience I have found a much better doctor at Cleveland Clinic that is much younger, takes his time and the staff is way more professional. I hope this long review is of help to some and you stay away from this office. Hope Bratt retires and they demolish the old building. read more

Both my elderly parents and I have been a patient with Dr. Bratt for a couple of years. "It was the worst couple of years of my life". The front desk people come and go like a 3-ring circus. The main office manager is so rude, that he literally hung up on me today and said "I don't have time for you right now". I had no words. Of course I tried calling back and they wouldn't answer. Four words. "Run for your life"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Besides Sherry the nurse, everyone in there is horrible, they don't care and want you in and out in minutes. On to the next doctor. read more

Normally i would have given him a higher rating, However, I seen his Mr. Hyde side that shocked me, I have been with this man for over 4 years, However i was out of state and had to make a follow up appointment, It was made for June 1st at 2:30. I notice on May 28th the office called and was on my caller ID. NO MESSAGE WAS LEFT. I received a call June 1st at 10:47 to remind me of my appointment for 2:30 i told them i will be there at 2:30. I arrived in the office at 2;34 and was told that my appointment was for 10:30. Then they said i can see the NP. I said i prefer to see Dr, Bratt, I was then told come in at 3:30. i went out to my car and waited, At 3:30 Warren the office manager told me in order for me to see Dr, Bratt i have to pay 50 dollars upfront, I have insurance and a visit to my primary is 10. I told him I will not pay 50. Warren stated i missed the appointment and missed 3 other appointment, THIS IS NOT TRUE. I always enjoy going to his office, His nurse Sherry is wonderful. Warren told me not to be upset and go see Sherry. she took my blood pressure, Then Dr. Bratt came in telling me that I told his receptionist at 10;30 ish that i was on my way, That was not true, Bratt said he didn't want to argue with me and we should part ways . I politely asked if you can continue this visit and he said no "Go to an Urgent Care". i told him i needed refills and he walked away. Amazing doc. His office staff is so friendly and efficient. It's like having a concierge doc without the cost. I have never waited more than just a few minutes. He never rushes you. You see him in the treatment room first then chat privately in his office. Blood work all done on premises, he calls you right away to discuss results. The entire place cares about your well being. I have only good things to say about this office. My experience with Dr Bratt has been thorough, compassionate and efficient. I trust him to know the amount of time he needs to spend with me. Yes, he is a busy doctor because he is a good doctor; this has never compromised the level of care I've received. His new RN, Rebecca is fantastic and embodies the same excellent standards I have grown to expect from this practice. I have never had my results personally called into me faster or more reliably. Marvin at the front desk is helpful, polite and highly competent. I've never had a negative experience so I can only guess that other reviewers perhaps didn't show the same courtesy to staff that they expect themselves? Whatever the case, I never have to wait long for an appointment, they run on time, tests are ordered and most are done expertly on site and you get results called into you personally. This Doctor doesn't have more than 10 mn for you, barely listen to your concerns and is only interested in billing. He has repeatedly hired for the past 10 years when stayed loyal and made the mistake of thinking that there was no better G.P. office around town , the worst office managers ( at least 5 in that period, they are so bad, of course they don't last) , each more rude, incompetent as uppity that the last one: when confronted with a 2 years old retro billing error suddenly sprung from his office, he told me off and sided with his stupid staff without even trying to understand his loyal customer's side: that's not how you treat people or patients for that matter when you are a good doctor and a good business owner...but how would he know..? Stay away , so many better, more qualified G.P.s around, his practice will slowly die on its own with that attitude. read more

Nope. Do not come here if you need your prescriptions filled. They have no voicemail, and will stop refilling your prescription arbitrarily without warning - for me, this meant having a massive panic attack because I was unable to refill my prescription the week of Hurricane Irma - truly horrible, uncaring and rude staff. Don't get me started on my wife's prescriptions - they've done the same to her, the difference being that she gets incredible sick if she doesn't have her medicine. We're talking life-threatening illness from withdrawal, and they didn't even call to tell her she needed an appointment to refill after months of refilling with no problem. It's horrific. If you really care about your health, find a doctor who's available and reliable. This establishment should be shut down. read more

If your looking for a unprofessional medical doctor who rushes you out his office after 5 mins then this doctor is for you. He is the most disgusting human being that ever holds a medical license. I walked into the lab after he told me to sit on a chair to do blood and he has a bunch of band aids opened and plastered to a dirty cupboard I ask the nurse not to use it on me . The same tube holder that is used to assist with blood drawn I clearly see it says one use only and his nurse Chari used it on the patient after me someone should report him to the health department I don't know how much more nastier Dr. Bratt and his nurse could be.. the girls in the front are amazing had the chance to deal with Mily I think her name is as a new patient and she was a sweetheart knows her work and is very prompt.... read more

We hit the trifecta! 3 of my family members got outrageously sick at the same time. I was so fortunate to have called Dr. Bratt's office for a new patient appointment. They took us in the same day and even saw my almost 3 year old so we didn't have to take him to a second pediatric Doctor. Dr. Bratt and his sweet assistant took turns admitting us and taking our vitals. We were seen right on time and everyone was super polite and sweet to our little one. Dr. Bratt entered prescriptions for us right in his private office and took the time to ask the right questions. One of us had sinusitis, one with bronchitis and one with nasal drip. I would recommend Dr. Bratt to everyone who is looking for a knowledgable, intelligent and down to earth caring doctor. The three of us were in and out of there in 40 minutes just like we wanted so we can go home and get into bed! read more
