So, my bathroom cleaning was loooong overdue, and that's putting it lightly. Don't get me wrong, it's not like it was in the condition of a public restroom, but the shower and shower floor had some hard water stains that are quite tough to remove - LA people, you're with me, right? Enter Irvine Cleaning and their team: I first had a general purpose bathroom cleaning done - my bathroom is around 8x10 sqft and the total was around $80. The hard water deep scrub and removal involved power tools and special chemicals, and ran me down an additional $95 or so, but this included both 6x3 sqft panes of sliding glass AND the removal of stains on the shower floor! Website says 4 hours of deep cleaning for $138, perfect! Running 45 minutes late... ok, fine. Two maids show up and finish 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom after 1.25 hours. Hmmm, it took 2 people to clean 2 rooms in over an hour, whatever. Deep cleaning, my butt! It basically looked the same! Then another guy comes cause these ladies can't be there anymore and there was a misunderstanding with their manager. Nicely he sends someone else last minute. This guy does a better job and works longer, but he only does the kitchen and living room and says he has to go. So now I am still left to finish cleaning my own house after spending $123?? For what? You inconvenience me twice and I only get a $15 discount? Horrible! Don't even bother! I didn't get 4 hours or a deep cleaning and I still had to clean my house after both teams left! Decent cleaning that took 3 hours, two people. There were still some spots that were missed on baseboards and such. A few other complaints: - I've had a different cleaning service come in before and they were straight business, efficient, and locked in. Tunnel vision status, work, work, work. Took less than 3 hours and they did a better job. - Rescheduled very late the night before (after 10pm). From 11am to 3pm. Fortunately, was able to reschedule the babysitter. - Cleaners showed up 23 minutes late. I understand this is a newer company so hopefully they can correct some of their mistakes moving forward. The cleaning maids consistently arrived 15 to 30 minutes late at first and arrived 20 minutes late today expecting to come inside and clean my boyfriend's and my apartment. This morning was the last straw for them to arrive late and it was not our normal cleaning maids who arrived, which shocked me the most since our normal cleaning maids became fairly good at coming a few minutes early after I reached out to the manager after the first few times that they arrived late. Unfortunately, my experience is not positive. They were very responsive leading up to the appointment and arrived on time but my house isn't very clean. It doesn't even smell as if it's been cleaned. Because the first time they scheduled with me no one showed up for 3 hours, no call, no contact from them till I left voicemails at their office and messaged on Yelp then 1 sick elderly lady showed up and was only able to clean one bdrm and one bath out of a 3 story 2 bdrm 2.5 bth home in 3 hours before I sent her home with a full payment for a full clean. Now its time for their third appt and i get an email and auto text that my appt is at 2 today and no show, no call, again. They don't speak much English I don't know how they would be sent here. Not just that they left cleaning supplies on my dining table while cleaning also use my leather chair as ladders. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service. I requested a move in cleaning for my empty 2bd 2bath home. I spoke with Matt to see the appointment for 8:30am on Sat. I explained that I wanted all the appliances cleaned inside and out; cabinets; fan.....etc. I was called Friday by Matt asking if I could move to 11:30am on Sat. Told him that was fine; his crew didn't show up till after 12. Again I explained to the two women what I was looking for. They said they would call me 20mins before they were done so I could check the work out. They sent me a text when they were finished; they we're not in the home when I got there; they were downstairs; I wasn't able to check the work out. Matt had said he'd call me after the cleaning to see how it went; never heard from him. My base boards were not cleaned; top of the fridge not cleaned; bedrooms were not vacuumed; inside of my oven; not touched and my floors were not cleaned. They're competitively priced, arrive on time, and are excellent at communicating if they're running behind schedule. They're quiet, thoughtful and conscientious while performing their job and complete the cleaning in a timely fashion. I've asked them to do additional cleaning for me, such as cleaning the inside of the fridge or wiping down a wall while they're here if they had time (of course I pay them for this) and they've been happy to do it. Purchased Groupon. Contacted Irvine Cleaning multiple times via multiple channels. I never got a response. I had to get a refund from Groupon. I cannot comment on quality of the cleaning. I made the appointment to have my home cleaned after a re-model. I asked for a deep cleaning including windows and window frames. I had a confirmed appointment for Friday at 2:00 PM. They were a no show and when I called to find out what happened I was told the crew went to the wrong job and they wanted to reschedule for Monday. We settled on the crew coming Saturday. I was not home but I do have security cameras and could watch what was happening. Needless to say, the crew did a terrible job. The windows were cleaned but not the window frames. Only some of the shutters were dusted. The wood floors were dry mopped only. Half of my desk was dusted. The wood stairs were swept only. The new master bath counter was only brushed off. The floor was swept only. Furniture was moved and not put back. My sister went to my house Saturday after they finished and was appalled. I have posted photos of the dirt left behind after a "deep cleaning" . A second person was sent on Sunday to re-clean - it was acceptable but I definitely will not use Irvine Cleaning again read more

I really value great customer service, ESPECIALLY on a moment's notice. I requested a quote around 12:30 pm on a weekday and within MINUTES received a reasonable quote. I needed to get someone in SAME DAY or the next day at the latest, and Matt and his team (Gaby) were able to accommodate in a timely manner. I would definitely use this service again in the future. The reason I hired this company was the chemical they are using. I really don't like commercial chemicals so when I asked them, they said that the chemical was the well known brand in the market. I really checked them when they came my home. I was happy because the chemicals was all what we know and love in the market, in addition I really liked the DIY' s smell which they used for wiping out my furniture.
