Heard them on the radio, I needed help with my taxes so I scheduled an appointment. Paid over 200 for an hour, when I got there and explained my case the gentleman quickly urged me to get power of attorney so they can handle my taxes and sent me on my way in 20 min. I ended up paying about 2k. I thought they were working to help me. My wife gets a call about a month later that we owe about 25k in taxes. I call back and talked to the same guy trying to get answers after being left in the dark. Again, urged me to sign the email of how much we owe and that they'll help me after. Nothing discussed about how they were able to help or what they couldn't do. Just quickly mentioned how I got the most deductible under a mortgage thing and that they'll get back to me again. Hung up. Mortgage deductible? I don't own a house. That's the last I ever heard from them. Now I started getting letters from the IRS with deadlines to pay. I couldn't pay so now there's penalties and the money just keeps adding up. We're in August now months later and I feel calling them and letting them do my taxes was the worst idea. I change the station now when I hear their commercial because I don't believe they were there to genuinely help, instead I was just another client that helped them make more money. read more

They poured a bunch of Christian CDs on me, tried to talk about how much I had in common with their daughter, fed me a steak dinner, I never asked for and never said how or what the could do for me regarding the sole purpose I traveled a great distance from to address. I needed audit representation and all I received was a charge for a quarter of a $1000. One thing you wouldn't expect a fiduciary duty company to do is to take advantage of you at a vulnerable time in your life. Phil and his façade took advantage of me. If I could give them ZERO stars I would because that is what they earned. Phil Libertore's commercials will sell him as a Christian who has 35 years experience in solving your IRS problems. But you don't work with him so none of that matters. You work with people who are utterly incompetent. I worked with 2 different people. They literally called the IRS for my balance and divided it into payments. The first 12 months were lower and they did not tell me that after the first year the payment more than doubled until paid off. So now I paying the full balance of my IRS debt and I had to pay an additional 1,750 to Phil Libertore. Sound like a problem solved??? I could have done that in one free phone call to the IRS. In fact I had tried to do it myself which is how I knew they had no idea what they were doing.
