I have been battling a…read moredrainage issue in my back yard for over a year now and called Blue Lake for a consult, as they appeared to be a reputable landscaping company with the expertise in drainage that I required. When I called, I clearly explained that my landscaping was completed but needed help with a drainage issue. When 'Fab', who claims to be the owner, showed up, I went through the issue with him. His first response was, 'Why are you wasting my time?' He then, quite rudely, tells me that my project is much too small for his company and demanded an apology for taking him away from more important jobs. I explained that I went through the scope of what I needed with the lady who took my initial call. After a nasty back-and-forth conversation where I admittedly used some colorful language, he re-read the notes that were passed onto him on his phone and started to backtrack, saying he should fire his secretary. He then flung a few insults towards my initial contractor's poor work quality and left. I was completely blown away by how unprofessional and rude someone in a service business could be to a potential client requesting to pay for his services. Blue Lake will never get a dime of my money and I'll relay this story to anyone considering using them.

Low maintenance and drought resistant! I gave her a blank canvas to work with, provided a few flowers that I'd like to have, and she filled in the rest. She broke the work up by doing the groundwork, then returning a few weeks later to do the planting. They arrived early and were mostly finished that day. Just a few tasks for the next morning. I called Lawn Revival and they told me that I may have a clay problem. They had the solution. At first I thought the product was a fertilizer u til they explained that it turns clay into loam. I decided to give it a try. After only 10 days I noticed a big difference. My grad was actually growing and the color looked much better. I'm so happy I finally solved my lawn problem and it really didn't cost me much to do it. I totally recommend Lawn Revival. A "technician" came to our home to fix two solenoid valves - he was there a total of 30 minutes - we were charged a Call Fee of $90.00 - a minimum hour of labor $110.00 and parts. None of there charges (most importantly the Call Out Fee) where ever discussed or mentioned when we booked the service. We tried to contact the owner to refund the Callout fee and he used his receptionist to relay the message that "nothing can be done" - terrible.

The attention to detail Jade Stones fab team and installers had was incredible. The installer noticed our tub had a slight angle to the edge of the tub which was making installing around the tub difficult. He was not happy that the look would include a 1/8" gap and so invested 3 hrs in mitring each piece to create a beautiful seamless edge. The end product is incredible... I would absolutely refer this company!

The technician explained to me that 11 years ago they did not use brackets to reenforce them, which they now do. He remounted the counter and installed brackets and there was no charge for the service. That is excellent customer support!
