Once they were onsite, their two employees working on my new sidewalk were friendly and courteous explaining what would be happening as they went along. They worked hard and diligently and I was very impressed with the clean up they did on the public sidewalk and street once they were done. They left no trace and I think cleaned up the sidewalk better than it was when they got there! PHL treated me like a valued customer even though my sidewalk was a small job.

They refused to communicate effectively. Treated their minority employees like absolute garbage, my neighbors had to leave their house to get away from the repugnancy. Katie had the audacity to steal from my yard. David was overheard by my neighbors saying "C**t, Ret*rd, etc." When my mother called to complain Kevin refused to answer for it and acted dismissive and misogynistic. He then stopped answering calls and emails, and charged us $150/hour for 3 full 8 hour days of work, when they were only there for 8 hours: 4 1/2 one day and 3-4 hours the other day. Our cameras showed that they overcharged us. They even made a young woman haul a ton of gravel on my friends property outside the city, while David and his companion Screwed around with their ride mowers and backpack blowers - thus leaving all the heavy work to someone who looked about 100lbs instead of giving them the blower. Do not choose this company. They're not friendly or professional. They're Racist, Vulgar, Crooks.

To make matters worse they did a poor job removing the snow. Sad to say they never showed up afterwards. Summary: I prepaid 4 months for one single LATE snow removal. They have been impossible to track down and collect. Don't be fooled. If you deal with Chelsea, Trevor or Warren Mueller beware. I have learned the hard way they are infamous in this city.
