Camilo was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the coffee beans. I'm so glad I stopped in to experience this cafe and learn about the coffee beans they carry from Colombia, Guatemala, Bali, and Kenya. I'm not a black coffee drinker but the Jax Brew Blend was superb. Super happy to take some beans home to Charlotte, NC. Thanks for energizing my last day in the city!

Do not move into Kearny Point…read more Kearny Point promises a lot and fulfills none of the promises that they make when you sign the lease. Check out the attached image, which shows their website list of features with comments about each. It looks like a nice place when you take the tour. You don't realize until after you move in that they do not maintain anything. Bathrooms are always out of order. Just look at the electric car chargers in the parking lot. Every single one is out of order and have been for more than a year. "We will repair them soon." Nope. Worst yet, the management team is hostile. They say no to anything you ask and have restrictive policies that make no sense. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. Especially cleaning services, which can cost more than your rent (and 10x market costs)- and you are not allowed to use an outside cleaning company. And the rent increases are unreasonable. We moved out in 2021. Our staff has been happier since.

We loved the space and even helped photograph their events free of charge to help them out since they were a new business. We took some cool photos of the building as well to help them for no charge which they loved and used on billboards of major highways and online marking. After all that they skyrocketed our rent to NYC / Hoboken prices which made it feel like a bate and switch. They also forced us to buy blinds from them at $200 a pop totaling $1000 and didn't let us take them with us or offer a refund when we left. Sad to leave the building but take their marketing for a grain of salt and beware of these things before considering to sign.

RUN AWAY!! Horrible company. While the actual physical…read morefacility is nice, the Spaces/Regus company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. The Manager for the facility was rude to our visitors including one of our investors. That is the primary reason we did not renew. The back office billing is horrible dominated by a call center overseas. It took months for them to correct the problems. They bill you at the beginning of the month for rent that is due 30 days in advance for the following month. This is then followed by phone calls from their call center for rent which is not even late. To add insult to injury, there is a $4.50/sf cleaning charge that is buried in the house rules when you move out. This is another money grab. Be careful and aware of the language in the license regarding renewals. You have to cancel prior to 90 days of the license expiration, otherwise they will automatically renew you. This is why the facility is a ghost town. I will never ever consider using Spaces/Regus ever again. Horrible experience and company.
