Hired Pulirr previously and company sent 2 cleaners that did nice job so I hired them again,…read moreunfortunately much different experience the second time. This time Pulirr sent one cleaner to clean my 9900 square foot home and told her to complete it in 4 hours. They provided her a long list of things not to do which she was happy to show me. She explained she was a subcontractor and this was her first job with Pulirr. She did not do a proper job, did not use soap and water to mop, did not use dusting spray to dust, and was slow and seemed confused as to what her actual responsibilities were. When she was "done" I pointed out to her that she missed stairs that were not vacuumed and bedrooms and bathrooms that were untouched that she said she did not see. The entire experiance was exhausting and I was surprised that Pulirr would send one person out to a home like mine. They knew my home was very large, yet they sent one person on their first job, totally unvetted. Additionally I had booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance so they had plenty of opportunity to find a proper crew to clean my home. I could not recommend Pulirr based on my experiance

They also gave us great advice on how to maintain certain things. Steven was very helpful! Highly recommend!

Gracious, hard working, and so professional…read more Leading up to the day I scheduled service for a moving-out cleaning. The home was 3,000sqft and required meticulous cleaning. As we walked through the home going over the fine details of what was needed as well as the tight timeline and budget, Jacqueline (owner of business) let us know that this was a larger job than she would be able to do to a satisfactory level. She got out her phone and started helping us find another service that could meet the requirements of the job/house. That was such amazing customer service and care. I don't live in SLC anymore, but I have this business saved so Incan recommend her to anyone looking. Exceptional human and service. Thank you!

After Jacqueline arrived she quickly assessed my unit and determined that my unit did not meet the criteria for the cost for a deep cleaning service. At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I wrote this review to emphasize Jacqueline's honesty and I believe she is one of the few genuine people out there. She's also one of the nicest people I've met in my 49 years and if i were to continue to live in Salt Lake City I would want her for regular cleaning services.

Hadn't had a deep clean like that in over three years with the pandemic etc. And they did 20 hours of work with 4 gals working non stop for 5 hours!! So i booked Sparkly for my client to clean his new house. On Yelp page, it allows me to book 3 hours of cleaning service, but when i got to the house to check, Lilian and Victoria were still working and cleaning the house. Turned out they sent 5 hours cleaning the house for the same rate I reserved since they needed that much time to clean (it was an empty house, bout 1,800 sqft). They did an awesome job and the house was spotless afterward. I then booked Lilian again to come over to our house to clean, and they did a wonderful job as well. We now have them to come over approximately once a month to clean our house. They come with their own cleaning supplies, they even clean the inside of our microwave and scrub the kitchen range so well that it looks like new (my husband was very happy about it). Lilian and Victoria are also super nice and sweet. I would recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services!
