Stayed in contact with them constantly about my pick up and drop off procedures. Have tons of emails and text messages confirming all correspondence. Oliver and John kept promising that the transport was on point and then...after several correspondences 3,nights before pick up they call me the next evening, after all of their reassurances they told me that someone would be there to pick up my car but the fee had to go up to $850. Are you crazy? They asked me to consider what is going on in the world and understand their position. Then they had the audacity to tell me that if I cancel my reservation they were gonna keep my deposit as their reservation fee. They not once provided me with a contract nor did they explain their terms and conditions. All agreements were via text and emails. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I HAVE THE EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES PROVING THAT THEY BREECHED THEIR AGREEMENT. I WILL BE PURSUING FURTHER ACTION IN A DIFFERENT ARENA. THEY WERE PROBABLY GOING TO HOLD MY CAR HOSTAGE BY INFLATING THE COST UPON DELIVERY. THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUT THEY ARE NOT NOT NOT HONEST AND USE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM. Since I have posted my review they are harassing me about removing it. The truth is the truth. They want me to take my post down and they would refund my money by the end of the day. Now why would I trust them? Not only are they texting me they are calling me as well. They should have been transparent for the onset. This does not end here. I should have been refunded once they breeched the contract. This is what they are sending me: Hey we got that you have posted a bad review on our website. Please remove it my accounting department is ready to refund your money. They sent this as well: I do not want to bother you anymore, market is getting fire and everyone is suffering from fuel problem, if you can remove the negative i will promise you will get refunded by the end of the day ! Then on top of that they called me saying wrong number. HARASSMENT. They should have done the right thing. They never offered me a full refund. That is all I asked from them. They promised a refund by the close of business and they have failed to do so. Do not trust them. They are continuing with the lies about them offering me a full refund of the deposit immediately. Had they have done that we may not have been there. The so called manager was rude a belligerent. When requested a refund he refused. Here is the text messsge they sent me when I asked for my refund: We are cancelling the order according to your request and we will keep the reservation as a cancellation fee. I never requested to cancel. They said that because I was refusing to honor the inflated fee they were going to cancel my reservation. This was my response I did not request cancellation you change the price. I am not confirming anything and again refrain from contacting me.. As you can see this company is not reputable. They have yet to refund my money and it's nearly 7:30pm.

Their follow-up was outstanding and they provided all the information I needed, answered every question clearly, and made the entire process feel organized and stress free before moving day even arrived. On moving day, Leo and his team were exactly what you hope for (and rarely get). They arrived on time, fully prepared, and completely focused. Every piece of furniture was wrapped with care, fragile items were handled thoughtfully, and nothing felt rushed or careless. What truly sets this team apart is their attitude and teamwork. Everyone was polite, efficient, and clearly experienced, working seamlessly together. They made what is usually a stressful, exhausting day feel completely manageable and honestly, easy. No hidden surprises, no damage, no drama, just excellent service from start to finish. If you're looking for movers you can genuinely trust, Pick and Pack Moving are exceptional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.

He…read morewas super responsive and even though there were some challenges (drove to the middle of nowhere New Jersey to drop my car) it was a reasonable price compared to others. Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

Unfortunately, everything else about the process was frustrating and concerning. The car arrived with a completely DEAD BATTERY, which was surprising given that we watched it get loaded onto the truck. It should't have been turned on or driven during the delivery process. Even worse, the driver LOST THE KEY to the car creating issues at delivery! What made it worse was the lack of customer service who was was unable to answer basic questions about restitution or next steps, yet we were still required to pay the full amount upon delivery and told to file a claim afterward. That felt backwards and frustrating, especially given the condition of the vehicle on arrival.
