The ribs came with a tangy barbecue-vinegar sauce, while the pulled pork was served with a classic vinegar-based sauce. As a fan of vinegar-style barbecue, I thoroughly enjoyed both. The food truck staff was very friendly and efficient, getting orders out quickly and with a smile.
